No one knows for certain what is on the other side, until you've experienced it firsthand. But I personally believe in reincarnation, and if you give it up you may just end up back where you were, over and over, until your life is nothing but pure joy and love; at that point you don't come back - you just bathe in the glory of never ending love, for infinity. That is all that TRULY exists: Love. Anything opposite of is just an illusion. As a course in miracles puts it: "Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God," God meaning: that consciousness of nonduality, that state of pure love. Wether you believe as I do or not, you have no obligation to feel as you feel; you make the choice to. Watch yourself long enough, and you will realize that you consistently choose to look at life and feel a feeling of fear, a feeling of negativity; just watching those feelings and thoughts make them smaller, and you can gradually replace the thought processes that have become habit with new ones of peace, joy, and love. It takes practice though. It took years and years, or at least months, of practicing feeling depression, fear, or whatever you want to call it, and it may take just as long to practice undoing what has become a part of you. So be patient, and enjoy the process. Life is truly about learning to be happy no matter what goes on around you.

1. Sit down with God and a bowl of popcorn and the two of you can laugh at the universe together for an hour or two. And if you're not hungry enough to finish the popcorn you can always argue and wrestle over it. Honestly, God doesn't seem to mind you getting angry at him in my experience. Better than being ignored I suppose. Maybe there's no God, but I don't believe God exists and just doesn't care.
2. Blues.
Not the jumpy pounding stuff, but the real good stuff, simple like John Lee Hooker or something. Eric Claption maybe.
You'll almost start to feel good that everything has gone wrong on you. Someone has to sing, because good people have been there.

Everything is temporary in this world, even suffering and misery. If one takes their own life, according to the Vedas one becomes a ghost. They are disembodied souls which have to suffer due to taking their life before it is time. They incessantly experience the misery they experienced at the time of death. They are way more miserable than before their death. They are constantly tormented by other miserable disembodied souls. They are lonely because practically no one can see them. They have no senses to enjoy so they try to inhabit others bodies. It is a terrible situation. If you want real happiness then you have to go beyond the material conception of life. go to harekrishnatemple.c for details of transcendental pleasure which is real and unending. Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada-gives the meaning of life. People are not happy because they don't know reality and who they really are beyond this illusion.

When my daughter went to heaven my pastor in Johnson City Tennessee showed me this scripture in the book of Wisdom and losing her troubled me so much but, I take comfort in the house of the Lord .( Proverbs 18:10) for me that meant because I had to go back to Germany that I went to see the U.S. Army consoulers through my section about my issues and it helped, It took time to heal but, it was as if Jehovah sent his angels, The Trinity sure does help a long with a small very small 1 once glass of wine. Please don't pay that no mind if you don't drink.
May you have peace

If you understand our divine creation and purpose for being here in the first place the reasons become more clear.
This earth is meant as a school of sorts, like a refiners fire. The difficult things we go through can purge us of impurities and make us stronger, if we let them.
Knowing who I really am, why I am here and where I am going allows me to get through and thrive during the "hard times".

Pick yourself up and keep on going. The rest of your life is ahead of you. The Bible says, "When one door closes, another opens." Ask the Lord to lead you through this. Ask for strength. Forgive the mistreatment and move on.

The best one is that the alternative to living really sucks. As long as you are living, you have a chance for happiness and change if you can help yourself to do what you need to do to find it.

Think of everyone around you and what would happen if you suddenly died. And honestly think. Don't say they wouldn't care because I don't care who you are in the world there's always someone there that cares.
