One"s energy& sense of existence;inherited strengths & weakness;universal life or power,therefore connected with humanity;pain or struggle;injury;death. Light blood represents good news& dark blood bad.
In my particular case/experience it was related to an injury to a girl from her boyfriend-he hit her & gave her a bloody nose.Ifound out it actually occured 2 days after the dream. Freaky !!

Blood in many cases means life. Dreaming of blood could symbolize something you feel that you are in danger of. Not sure if reality you have experienced/seen some danger. It could be about movie. However, if something that you fear in reality, that may show in your dream as well
