What kind of anonymous groups are there out there? I am just really curious. I know of AA (alcholics anonymous), NA (narcotics anonymous), and I have heard of but don't know if they are true: Sexual Compulsives anonymous, over eaters anonymous, gamblers anonymous, etc... Is there some list somewhere of all the different groups? I couldn't find any on the net, so any help would be great.

There are well over a hundred groups that use the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous with minor word changes, which I find amazing since the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous work for only about 5% of those who attempt quitting that way, the same as quitting on ones own:

Most people (80% according to Harvard) take responsibility for their actions and quit or learn to moderate on their own.

I can't answer, but the one you mentioned was really SLA (Sex & Love An.) People who rely on sex or the need for love (affection)to do stupid things.
