Motivation is a difficult state to discern , when is low usually is a light state of depression ,when things don't go wright , and for me the incentive to continue is the responsibility that I carry ,is a good incentive to get motivated to finish or continue with the project or job at hand . I just say" O What the F**k "and just do it dragging my tail ....

I like to do some simple things like listen to uplifting energy driven music and just remind myself of past accomplishments too!! Looking at awards or trophies of the past can also get me going......seeing my success can bleed into me the 'high' that I experienced before and rekindle the 'desire' to achieve it once again!!
