once it was established that mass is a concentrated source of energy.it is a logical view that such energy would reduce as an inverse square law in and through the ambient space.tesla seems to have such a view see r.lomas 1999-230-1.

In a certain town, the demand for rental units was analyzed, and it was determined that, to meet the community's needs, builders would be required to build apartments in the following way: Every time they build three single-bedroom apartments, they should build four 2-bedroom apartments and one 3-bedroom apartment. Suppose a builder is planning to build a large apartment complex counting between 35 and 45 apartments. How many 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom apartments, and 3-bedroom apartments would the apartment building contain?

I think I understand the concept vaguely, but I can't grasp how it would work realistically.

For example....you have A + B -> (<-) C + D

Let's say I originally start with 1 gram of A and B. After a while, will it become so I have 1 gram of C and D? Or 0.5 grams of A, 0.5 grams of B, 0.5 grams of C and 0.5 grams of D?

If this is the case, what happens when I add one more gram of A? According to what I know about Le Chatelier's principle, the reaction should proceed to the right....but thinking about this realistically, how can it?????? If originally there is 1 gram of each, A and B. And they react with each other equally, how can adding an extra gram of A make more product......if the original gram of A has already finished reacting with the one gram of B to make the products?? (or vise versa)

If this is not the case, please explain. I'm pretty lost, and I want to figure this stuff out cuz I will be working with buffer problems and weak acid problems, etc. Thanks

I recently learned that in the early 90's there was a ufo crash on Long Island, not too far from where I live. Is there any proof (hard evidence), or footage out there that anyone has found on this? I've seen most of the TEXT websites that offer no pictures or video. So please don't refer me to them.

I always get kicked off YA for asking this, but I SWEAR I am serious: I've had a life long interest in evolutionary biology. My question is: If condoms were used by humans 100% of the time, would Homo Sapiens go extinct, or would evolution find a way around it???

If so, what might it be?

2007-08-30 18:11:10 · 10 answers · asked by Anonymous in Biology

This is where things dont make sense. I believe in evolution, but no ones thought about this: development of senses. Now every1 knows that characteristics r evolved from existing dna material, for inst u cant just grow taller because it will help u b good at basketball & make money to live, but rather 1 ant out of 100 is resistant gene to pesticide & survives w offspring w that gene. THats how it works. It has been found that an ancient g-protein is found to allow some senses in bacteria, but research is recent. Sound is something is considerd obvious, but who woulda thought sound waves exist, & an eardrum locates some, but not all sound frequencies. It is not possible that in evolution an animals genes realized sound waves existed & needed to make something to hear it, it doesnt work that way. & if 1 by 1, hearing, seeing, feeling, smelling, tasting, came to be, then there must be things we dont know about right? more senses that just havent been evolved for us yet. is that right?
