Hey I am 11 wks and 2 days and the dr. Told me that my uterus is flipped backwards. I just want to know if anyone else has this issue and if there is anything that I should worrie about, or if there is any thing that I should look for to know when it flips the fight way. If anyone wants to share their past experiances it would be great thanks. (I had an ultrasound at 10wk5days.Everything was measuring right and I got to hear the hb. I couldn't see much though and the dr said it was because it is showing the back side of the baby.)

my husband and i were out of town last weekend and as we were walking down the street a man sitting outside eating with his wife and two kids yelled out "Hey preggo!" I was so shocked and just ignored the comment so he yelled out again "Nice work on knocking her up! Being a dad is great!" Anyone else had a similar situation and how did you react?

Am 4 months preg and I know breathing through contractions is key. Do you have to go? Not that I dont want to, just that I dont have money for it, money to spare, and I think I'll do fine without it. However this is my first baby. Thanks

My sister is OVERWEIGHT. I don't mean a little, I mean LOTS.
She just announced she is pregnant. What medical issues happen with the overweight while pregnant?
Diabetes? Etc?

Im pretty sure at only about 4 weeks you shouldn't be eatting like a pig yet, right? Im a young mom (Turning 21 in August) and before Pregnant, lost 30 pounds and hit 165. I was 10 pounds away from my goal and than I found out im pregnant and pretty much can't smoke or do anything that helped me cope with my food urges.

So im eatting terrible. Not bad, but just ALOT and all of the time. I already ate a bagel, 3 cups of grapes, eggs, 2 frozen burritos, 2 fruit by the foots and 2 cookies... oh yeah and 1/2 a string cheese...

Im really stressed out and just food helps... if I wasn't pregnant I would say it doesn't but since I am in my opinion it does. I haven't felt morning sickness since I started eatting like this...

Has anyone ever had their water break and at that point be too far along for an epidural?

My spouse has replaced the seats several times, all different kinds. The same thing always happens, pretty quickly too, they turn blue! Everyone thinks it's funny, and my doctor looked at me like I was nuts, but it is happening, and I want to know why. If it's dangerous, I think it is something I shoule know...Even if it isn't, I am still curious why.

Hey eveyone. I found out I was pregnant on May 20th. According to my last menstral cycle, the nurse said I was about 5 weeks pregnant.

I went to the ER last Friday and found out my hcg levels and size of the gestational sac were 5 weeks (according to the nurse I was supposed to be close to 7 weeks now). This made us really worried!

We went to the DR. on Monday and we had another ultrasound showing the gestational sac growing and now we have a yolk sac (measuring 5 weeks, 2 days).

Has anyone else found out they were earlier in their pregnancy than they were originally told? I have polycystic ovaries and that is why I think the dates are off.

Ok, I admit that I have been using the handicap stalls in the washrooms since my baby bump started making it more of a challenge for me to stand up unassisted and the bars are just so handy. The funny thing is that the actual handicapped people in my work place have no problems with me using the stall (I asked both of them LOL), it's the normal people who stare at me me and make rude comments.

Do you use the handicap stalls? Do you think we should be allowed to? Or am I completely in the wrong using the stall that is comfortable and makes me feel safer since my balance is completely off?

Im currently almost 30 weeks (7 months) I've gained around 9 or 10 pnds.. and barely gained it slowly through out my whole pregnancy so far.. My doctor said that im fine with that weight gain even tho it's supposed to be 12-15 pnds by now. But ne other women gained little weight.. was it easy to get back to ur old jeans? And i was kind of athletic built before is it possible to get a tight stomach back?

AND yes i know baby is healthy who cares but i'm a healthy person and like to stay in shape especially for when the little bugger gets to the running stage. My baby is healthy and so am.

i don't just mean that the baby is dropping, i mean when it's so bulgy and round and swollen down there that you can't sit upright. when this happened to me the first time, i was in labor 3 or 4 days later. well this happened to me 2 days ago and i'm wondering when your labor started if this happened to you. thanks.

What is childbirth like? What about the epidural needle? Is there really like a 50/50 chance of dying while giving birth? What would be causes of being in labor for a long time? Is there any way to shorten labor time up? Is it really worth it going through all that?

My boyfriend really doesn't know much about pregnancy or babies. He's the youngest of 4 kids & has never really been around pregnant women or children. Is there any websites or books anyone knows of that I could get him(have him look at) that could possibly help him become more familiar with what i'm going through(being pregnant) & how it will be once the child is born. Thanks in Advance!

P.S.-Please don't judge that were not married, this is an unplanned pregnancy but were still very excited & plan on marrying before the birth of our child.
