Dry humping would be considred "grinding" or "gyrating" up against another person, clothes on. Therefore no direct skin to skin or "private parts" touching would happen. If the male were to "loose his troops" however, the troops would just end up in the males pants, and therefore they would loose the battle to concive. that depends if semen actually gets into a woman's vagina. sperm cells only live a certain amount of time.....but then if a guy acheived an orgasm that wouldn't be considered dry.
