just found out my wee cousins who i last seen on saturday have got the chicken pox could that be harmful 2 me because i am 29weeks pregnant if so what may it cause?

Have you ever had them? If you havent had them yet you need to get into your OB right away...if you have had them already you should be fine...

chicken pox is only really harmful in the first three months or a few weeks before birth. I'm not really sure of the effects on the baby though, I would speak to my doctor about it.

I have a 4 year old daughter and i'm 22 weeks prego. I thought she had the chkn pox and i asked my doc and he said no it could not harm the baby. Good Luck and congrats!
