I'm 6 mos pregnant and SUPER bored! I just don't know what to do. It's hot outside, I'm in the most boring place in the world, there's no lake or beach to go to, I really don't have money to use for entertainment or shopping right now and I don't have anyone to hang out with right now either. The only thing there is to do here at home is to clean or watch tv! HELP MEEEEeeee! Any ideas I may have not thought of yet?

Hello, I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I don't drink enough water. I take my prenatal vitimans daily, but I'm worried that I could harm my baby if I'm not drinking enough water. I'm lucky if I drink 20oz. I feel like I'm going to gag when I drink water. I do drink OJ and milk with my cereal, but those are about the only other liquids I drink. Can anybody reccomend something to help me out. Thanks

Brock L only asks questions in the pregnancy forum. Ones like 'What's better a pregnant women or a pile of sh*t?' or the 'ol classic 'Why don't you pregnant losers keep your legs shut?' However, Brock L only answers questions in the WRESTLING forum.

When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter Cassi I was 2 months along. I secretly hoped my first baby was a girl. Then when she was 18 months I got pregnant with my son Jack. Before I found out he was a boy I wanted a boy. So yes I'm ecstatic that my secret hopes came true, but truth be told I would've been happier either way (I think most people would).

My question is...

Did anyone else have a preference during pregnancy?

I am 15 weeks pregnant and at my midwife appointment yesterday she couldnt find the heartbeat. At first we assumed the baby was "hiding" and laughed about it and she kept trying. After 20 minutes (we timed it) still no heartbeat. I could tell my midwife was getting nervous and all talking stopped about halfway through her searching for it. I have had 4 miscarriages before and am very scared about this pregnancy. She ordered an emergency ultrasound to be done this afternoon. She said it was unusual because I have lost weight (i wasnt big to begin with) and they found the heartbeat wth ease at 8 weeks and at 12 weeks. I have been cramping a lot for about 2 weeks and they have been monitoring me and calling me regularly to keep track of my progress. I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem and what it meant for them?

I would like to get some suggestions on readig material for expentant mothers. I am two months pregnant and frankly what I am reading on the internet scares the crap out of me. I am amazed any children are even born based on the horror stories I see. My mother reccomended "what to expect when you are expecting" but I would like to know also more about nutrition and such. Any reccomendations would be greatly appreicated.

every time you tell your mom something she thinks you are pregnant? I had a baby last year and now every time I tell my mom I'm tired or I had the stomach flu or even that I am on a water kick (drinking a lot of water) The first thing out of her mouth is "Are you pregnant?" Ugh!?! It gets so annoying. Does this happen to any of you?

I go in on July 24, for a "dating" Ultrasound. I will be around 18 weeks, the nurse told me whe they made the appointment that if the baby is laying right the "might" be able to tell what it is.

What do you think, is that a little early?

I go to class, and there is ALWAYS someone who talks bout this. We had a girl whowas thinking bout having an abortion even though its wrong. So my prof said that it was okay in terms. I know it might be hard for a teenager girl to get raped and thenkeep the baby but killing it is not the answer. If you think bout killing it, anyone who should be dying is you. The baby has EVERY right to leave yet someone has to take it away. There are other choices other than to kill the baby. If a man killed someone, its called murder. Yet when a mother kills her child, she doesnt get charged with anything... doesnt make it right..at all. I could understand if she had a miscarriage because wlel she cant help that

But how many of you agree with me?
by the way, I'm not tyring to judge anyone, I just want to knw.

I am 34 and 1/2 weeks pregnant and have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. And he is having a really hard time with this. He wants us to give it up for adoption. I know adoption is a great and wonderful thing and there are tons of loving families out there. But I feel in my heart thats not what I want to do. I really want to keep this sweet girl. We are both 21 years and we live together and financially stable. I am just not sure what to do. I really appreciate this website. Everyone is so great. So thanks in advance!
