I would say between 2-4 lbs.. But all babies grow at different rates.. At my 7 month visit with my daughter I had an ultrasound done and she weighed 3lbs 8ozs.. When she was born at 34 weeks she weighed 6lbs 9ozs.. I am now 22 weeks pregnant with baby #2 "well I will be 22 weeks Saturday", and he is already at 1lb 2ozs.. So there is no telling what he will be at 7 months.. Like I said before all babies are different...

From week 24 to week 29, the baby usually weighs between 1lb and 2lb 10oz. These are only guideline weights. What is "normal" for you may be entirely different.
