You are never safe. It is very unhealthy to become pregnant again so quickly, your body needs time to heal. Get on birth control immediately or you could end up pregnant. You need this time with your new baby, not worrying about another one.

Yes you can get pregnant. If you know your cycle you only have a short window of safe but that is not an accurate way of protecting yourself. The rythm is not the most accurate method of birth control. You should try Birth Controls if you dont want to get pregnant (first month you need to use condoms).

Yes. Actually if you got pregnant right now you would even increase your chances of having twins or multiples. Your more fertile during your first 6 weeks postpardem then you are after that. It is really easy to get pregnant. You produce more eggs and its hard to determine when you are ovalating. Hope this helps.

It is VERY possible to get pregnant immediately after having a baby, whether c-section or vaginal, and whether you are breast or bottle feeding. I have a friend who went to her six weeks checkup pregnant not just after baby #1 (vaginal and breastfeeding) but after baby #2 as well (c-section and breastfeeding). Lucky her. She was pregnant for practically 27 months straight. Use protection, unless you want your babies to be in the same grade at school (I believe they call those "Irish twins"...when they're the same age but not really twins...it happens!).

Its definately possible...you are normally very fertile right after having a baby...so if you aren't ready for another one...make sure you are safe. But you can definately get pregnant right now..its possible.

It's certainly possible. But if you're exclusively breastfeeding, it's unlikely. I breastfed exclusively until starting solids at around 5-6 months and I didn't start menstruating again until both my children were about 8 months old.
