ok i started taking the depo shot after my son was born because i am really young and i cant have any more kids and i lost my job and my insurance went with it so i stopped taking it they told me it could take up to 3 months to get regular periods back and its been six months since i was supposed to get my last shot so its been out of my system for six months and i havent had my period yet not even a little spotting is this normal what should i do

I really need some advice...... I am 27 and I have been with my boyfriend who is 26, for a year. we live together and are basically a typical/normal happy couple. I just found out yesterday that I am 4 weeks pregnant. When I told him he just said that he was not ready to have "another kid" LET ME EXPLAIN- he was in the army and when he was 22 he got married and had a son...... his son lives 1000 miles away and comes to visit every two months for two months. when he is here i treat him like my own (i dont have any children yet however) but i treat him like he was mine. My boyfriend is a very very good father and it breaks his heart because he blames himself for this unique situation.
He does not want to have another baby right now because he says he is not ready. I am really "not sure" if I can go through with an abortion.....I am a college grad. he is an army grad with a good career in a hospital. he says the main reason for not wanting a baby right now is financial reasons. between the both of us we make about 75,000 yearly. I am pro-choice and I have always felt strongly about being married before you have children...........however we have talked about marriage before this and we love each other very much why cant we have this baby......

I have never been pregnant before, i made the appointment today for the abortion one week from today...... I dont know what to do?????

My little girl is only 4 months old and I haven't gotten my period since she is was born. I gave up breastfeeding at 6 weeks, so surely it should have returned by now? Recently we had a condom break so I'm worried I could be pregnant again.

I had an ultrasound last week though to check for PCOS and the sonographer didn't say anything. Surely they would tell me if I was pregnant? Or would they just leave that for my doctor?

I'm so confused....hubby is adament he isn't ready for another baby...

I just found out that I had a miscarriage. I wasn't sure if i was pregnant or not... My doctor had told me not to worry about it that my urine test said negative so to forget about it. I knew my body so I continued to act as if I was pregnant. I have been eating healthy staying away from smoking and drinking and taking prenatal vitamins like my nurse suggested. Two days ago I woke up with the most horrible pains and I passed out yesterday and had to go to the ER. I had a miscarriage. I'm angry that my doctor was so short and hateful with me... she told me I wasnt and wouldn't listen to me. I am in so much pain...physically and emotionally. I don't know how to handle this. The worst part of this is the dad is gone. He is in the navy on a 6 month tour to North Korea and Japan. I want him to know but I dont know if I should tell him or not. I could contact the red cross but I dont know how that works. Thanks for listening, I think I just needed to vent and ask for support

when i first got pregnant i weighed 250 and now i am down to 235 should i be concerned? This is my 2nd pregnancy and i never lost my weight after my first pregnancy. I have been so sick with this pregnancy Every time i eat i either throw up or get diarrea. So should i be concerened????????

i took a pregnancy test today and it was a very faint positive...you could just see the line, i know you can get false negetives, could it be negetive if the line it barely visable.

ok so I got pregnant it was not planned... But i was the bigger person and I took the consequences of my action... And now some 18 yr old ho that sleeps with my 32 yr old brother thinks that she can judge me. And talk about this situation like she knows what is happening and send people to tell me stuff like she is incapable... And when she was the one that got pregnant and aborted it...ANd i dont talk about her cuz i could care less... WHY IS SHE MEDDLING IN MY LIFE!!!!!????

Dont they respect the fact that you are pregnant...

can someone be born and not be able to have babies? Or do you have to have like an STD that will make you sterilized? This one guy at my school said he won't ever be able to have kids because he is sterile or something and that he was born that way. Just wonderin if it was true,

I very VERY rarely had headaches before i was pregnant. The headaches I had weren't bad at all and went away with some tylenol. Now i go to bed with a headache and wake up with one. These also feel like what is described as a migraine because there is sensitivity to sunlight and nausea along with the headaches. I am only allowed to take tylenol and tylenol extra strength. Ive also tried excedrine (The only reason you aren't supposed to take it while pregnant is because of the caffine level and i haven't cut caffine out of my diet) and NO medicine will work. They are horrible horrible headaches. I asked my OBGYN about it and she told me that it was my estrogen level, but it also seemed like she just pushed it to the side. Has anyone else experienced this? What is it? What did you do to stop it/prevent it?

I have been having braxton hicks for two weeks and have been dialated at 2 cm for that long alos. I am 39 weeks today and am ready for real contractions to start. Doctor says that walking may help bring baby lower into the pelvis to put pressure on the cervix to dialate. He also said it doesnt work for everyone. I was wondering if anyone has had success with walking or have any ideas to help along baby. Doc says baby is ready but my body isnt responding. I've heard of using an exercise ball but don't have one.

Ok this might sound like a stupid question, but there's this concert going on tonight called the Bob Marley Fest. Some of my favorite reggae artists are gonna be there, as well as Ms. Lauryn Hill herself. The thing is, I'm 39 wks pregnant with a cold! Hahaha.. i know.. stupid for even asking.. but my bf's cousin can get us in for FREE if we just give him the word. They said they can put me in a "special place" where I can see the performances and be comfortable. I really wanted to go last year, but I had to work and couldn't request off. I REALLY wanna go!!!! But i dunno... I was able to go to a UFC Fight back in November last year and that was all good! So what do you guys think?

I am scheduled to have a c-section on Wednesday and I would really love to give birth naturally instead - as I have had experience on c-section and natural with my two prior kids - I am only 2cm dialated, the baby has not dropped "at all" AND the doctor just told me that my cervix is VERY thick - therefore, she really doubts that I will be able to go into labor on my own.

Additionally, I cannot be induced as no doctor will risk inducing me because I had a prior c-section and it can open up. Therefore, I have no choice but to have the c-section but like I said previoulsy I would much rather go naturally if I could; the healing process is easier, no stitches when one goes natural -

I have heard about nipple stimulation with a breast pump - any personal experiences and what was the outcome.. Thank you...

please somebody help me, I am 5 months pregnant, my boyfriend doesn't have money and is not working yet, my family and friends have rejected me because of the shame of unwanted pregnancy. I love my baby and I don't want anything to happen to it. I have not been going to Antenatal and I don't feed well either. I just don't want to give up for i am a strong girl and I don't want anything bad to happen to either me or the baby. Please, somebody tell me what to do, I am very confused. I had my 20 week ultrasound yesterday. Everything looks great, and we found out that we're having a baby boy, but he was being stubborn and wouldn't let the doc get a good profile pic. So all we have are pics of a foot, the arms, and the one of the boy parts.. (yeah, he already knows how to moon, lol) I was really looking foward to having one of those great profile pics to show off and send to my family. Do they give you another u/s in a normal pregnancy? And can I request one even though there isn't anything wrong?
