I have been hearing all these stories about this predition test and wouldnt mind trying it. Do anyone know what i have to go into to try.

i had an ultrasound at 20 weeks and they said it was a little boy...however, twins run in my family and i want to know what are the chances that the doctor only detected one heart beat, and if one kid could be "hiding"? Does anyone know how common this is? Has this ever happened to anyone? I would also like to ask if anyone knows how often the ultrasounds are incorrect regarding the sex of the child. Thanks!

I had a period on December 29th-30th. I was supposed to start again on Jan. 26th and missed. I was on Yaz birth control. Thinking maybe I was pregnant, I stopped taking the pill. I still have not started. I got negative on home test and on blood test. Now I am kinda wanting to get pregnant. Could I still be pregnant? When would I ovulate again?

My friend just found out that her unborn child have a severe heart defect and would require 3 open heart surgery. 1st surgery has to be done right away, 2nd at 6 mos and last one before 2 yrs old. She is 23 wks gestation. She is contemplating termination just becuase she doesn't want the child to go through all that surgery and it's not even gauaranteed that the child will make it past any of the 3 surgeries plus there would be life long difficulties and possibilities of complications etc etc medications. She is a person that does not beleive in abortion but because she's in this situation, she is thinking about it. She has not made a decision yet.
Is it cruel of her to even think about terminating?

How can I manage to go back to work after the birth of my baby? I cant afford NOT to work as mine and my partners wages are just covering our expenses comfortably but child care seems to cost a fortune.. Any ideas??

My period was 10 days late and on the 9th day late, I took a preg. test. It came out neg. and well just 2 days ago I started my period, and it started out with some pretty bad cramps, and it started, but, its not heavy, and I've had very little blood clots, which is normal for me to have a little issue with that. I'm thinking after this period is done, and if it doesn't start to get heavy, that I'll take a pregnancy test. Should I?

i went off birth control a year ago and i didnt tell my boyfriend. (he still thinks i am taking my shot) when we discussed kids he said he wanted to wait another year.... i really want to have another baby... (my son is almost 6) now i might be pregnant. how do i go about telling him if i am? should i just tell him that i got pregnant on birth control? or tell him the truth?

i am 31 weeks pregnant... I had to go get a ultrasound today because i have been having a lot of pain constantly on my right side. Well i was looking @ the screen and as she was looking @ my organs and everything there is a whole bunch of like red and blue lights and stuff in certain spots on the screen. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I just got a call from my doctor's office saying that I have BV and a yeast infection. This is my second time dealing with this during my pregnancy and it's driving me crazy. It's causing intimacy issues in my relationship as well. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to ward off another bout with either one of these nasty infections? Anyone else gong through the same thing? Thanks!

if you are pregnant and drink alcohol seeing as the baby is alot smaller and the alcohol crosses into the baby via the cord does the baby get drunk. This isnt a joke.

I realize that being pregnant you tend to be a bit more forgetful. But I am now 39 weeks pregnant and through my entire pregnancy, I was never very good about taking my vitamins. I always kept them by my bed to try and remember but I ALWAYS forgot. No sense in really stressing about it now since I am so close to the end...but should I be worried at all?

my doctor said it was about time to start counting the baby's kicks. Exactly what did he mean...count every single kick during the day or just how many separate times during the day? I know I should've asked my doctor this question but I just ok and left. I am 27 weeks pregnant!! Thanks in advance for your help.

I am 24 weeks along with my 4th baby. Up until a few days ago I could feel her move at certain times and at least 4-5 times a day for about 30 minutes a time. Now for the past 2 or 3 days I have only felt her move maybe 1-2 times in all the days. Now I know I need to call my doctor but I don't want to look like a paranoid mom. I have done the none stress test with the other kids for this and they were always fine. What are the chances this one isnt? Should I call the doctor? What would you do? Thanks in advance!

I asked a q about it yesterday but iv got another i have PCOS and get 1-2 periods a year. My last period was oct 2006 very very heavy and painfull. Iv had no morning sickness but looking back iv felt nausea most nights for around a month im not off any foods or craving any but for the past 2-3 weeks iv felt movement in my lower abdomen no not gas movement its feels like its turning upside down its happens around 10 times a day not very strong but i notice its there usually iv got a flat stomach ( shouldnt i be showing by now if i was) but some days i honestly have a firm bulging stomach and look around 4months. Im slim 8-10 so its strange when my stomache bloats out. like that. Was anyone else like that and found out they was prego. Im taking a test tomora but just curious. Thanks

im 31 weeks pregnate and the doc put me on zoloft. I was in xanax before i got prego and went off when i found out i was prego. and ive been dealing with my panic attacks and anxiety but i cant do it anymore i wont even go into stores its that bad. Has anyone taking this med during pregnancy or at all and what where your results and did you have any bad side effects?

I missed some of my birth control pills and i recently had unprotected sex with my boyfriend of 2 1/2 yrs. I checked and i was ovulating. Two days ago i started to spot a little brownish stuff but quiet. I have been feeling really sick to my stomach when i see or smell certain foods. I recently started having little sharp pains in my stomach. I'm suppose to start my period next week. I would take a test but i dont know if it is to soon. Could I be pregnant?
