Have them over for dinner one night or get together with them at there house etc. when all of you are sitting around eating and talking tell them u would like to take a group picture of just them and then another with you and them....when they get into the picture position before u snap the picture say "ok,everyone say (instead of cheese) then say (your name) is having a girl or boy, whicever one u are having..as soon as u say it,take the picture to get the wonderful surprised reaction of there faces on camera...for instance if ur name is karen and your having a boy say "everyone say karens having a boy"....this will be tons of fun for you and the family and it will be a nice memory to have and look back on when u are going through pictures one day and see the picture of when u told everyone the sex of your baby...Good Luck and congrats!!

This one would only work if you have another child... but you could put a "big brother" or "big sister" t-shirt on the older child in the color of the child coming...my sister in law did this, had her little girl wear a blue "big sister" shirt when they went to mom and dad's to let them know, it took Mom and Dad about 30 minutes before they even noticed Autumns shirt... but was a very fun way.

in case you have the different infants gown them in something purple/blue. Announce that if any of them have any hand-me-downs make sure their no longer purple/blue, provided that could basically confuse him/her. placed little vans or those mini Polly wallet on the table (or the different toys you like that are gender particular) a table textile too perhaps like Barbie or Thomas the practice.

Give them a greeting card that says its a "boy" or "girl". .....Or you could fix a meal with lots of desserts with what ever color of the gender. EXAMPLE: boy...blue berry muffins, blue berry pie, blue drinks, etc.
girl; pink lemonade drink, pink cake etc.
