I have done some research on can pregnant women get into hot tubs. and some web sites say yes, and some say no. what is it really? can you get in the hot tub? or cant you? but then i heard from someone who i live by that last year with her pregnancy she got in the hot tub but kept the temp. down by like 90 or lower. and she said everything turned out fine and it really helped with her muscels and back n all. help!

I have been having pains off and on for about a month and I think they could be braxton hicks but I am not sure. the pain goes to my back and in my stomach and it starts hurting really bad for afew seconds to a minute then goes away for a few minutes then comes back. And I figured maybe I just need to use the restroom but it doesn't seem like I need to go. But when I get the pains it also makes me feel like I am going to throw up cause it would hurt so bad. The only thing is after a couple hours it goes away. But I notice its been starting to get more freguent lately. I don't know if its because I am 30 weeks. Does anyone have any advice for me?

I have plans to take my family for a holiday overseas in June. I'm planning to conceive in April. Is it alright to travel by air when one is expecting? I heard it is not advisable but some said is fine. I'm rather confused here..

I didn't know this was possible, but my doctor told me about women who get their periods for the whole nine months of pregnancy (although in the whole time she was practicing she had only seen it twice). Then I went online, and read some more stories of women who had that happen. I have heard of early implantation bleeding, but has anyone every had their period while pregnant? If so, did you stop having it at a certain number of months, or did you just always have it?

Hi All,
I am now 10 weeks pregnant and have told a few people I work with, however nearly everyone now knows even though I was going to try and hold off a few more weeks. At our scan at 6 weeks we had a heart beat of 119 and all our measurements were excellent. Do you think I am fairly safe to start telling everyone?

ive had a miscarriage before (about 2 years ago) i am now 5 weeks pregnant. im paranoid about having another miscarrage. i really am looking forward being a first time mom, but find myself telling myself not to get too excited...... what are the odds of having another miscarriage and how far along do i have to be to be on the safe zone and not have to worry abour it? any advice will help..... thanks to everyone by the way. god bless you guyz!!!!

I've had spotting, nusuia (with getting sick), headaches, back aches, my breats hurt, and I've been exhusted latly. I've taken three pregnancy tests in 2.5 weeks, all of them were negitive. I think that it's something else, but my friends think that I should get a blood test to confirm wether or not I am. Does anyone else have a thought?

I have recently found out I am 4 months pregnant! I had no idea!! I am 26 and in a long term relationship and have been living with my partner for 3 years. Our first worry was how 'unkind' I had been to my body over xmas and NY, however I have had the Ultrasound and bubba is healthy & normal. I guess the shock is setting in & i'm finding it all a bit daunting!! I am xcited & my partner is soooooooo happy :o) I'm just feeling a bit 'anxious' all of a sudden - overwhealmed, petrified even - Is this normal?? Thank u!!!

So on saturday night i remember touching my boyfriend and he had his boxers on and he didnt ***. but he felt a little wet I think from pre *** and 10 minutes later I had to go to the bathroom to check my discharge and im afraid that I put some sperm in me. And then I gave him a bj and it was only for 10 seconds and then i kissed him and he went down on me it was just pre *** and now im scared he put something in me. 2 days after that I went to the gyno and he did a pelvic exam and 3 hours later i started my period. Had really bad cramps this period. Then had an ultrasound yesterday to check my ovaries. He said there is nothing in my pelvic region. Im scared I have an ectopic pregnancy because i feel a pain on the left side of my pelvic area and i googled that coughing can make it hurt. Ive taken a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. My left shoulder hurts a little but it happened after I ran in gym and didnt strech much. Ive never had sex and no STDS HELP!!!!

:( I am 23 weeks and 3 days and feeling gross and fat. I have not gained much weight and I am not showing that much but I still feel huge and gross... I am so scared of never getting my pre-baby body back. My hubby tells me how great I look but I cannot help but feel this way. I eat right but I used to play tennis 5-6 days a week and was very fit and since I am not able to do that anymore, my muscle tone is gone. :( Am I being unreasonable or do other pregnant woman feel this way? Thanks ladies. :)

Hey, i am currently 39 weeks pregnant... 3.5 cms dialated and the baby is completely droped (acording to what my doctor told me on tuse) i have been haveing contractions about 1 MAYBE 2 every 40 to 45 mins... my doctor said that they are not close enough together and that i should try some walking.... well my husband is at work and works a good portion of the day, the only times i can really walk is on the weekends. there is no family or friends that live close to me and the ones that live 20 to 30 mins away work alot too... so i was wondering will doing house cleaning/chores help take the place of walking and possibley speed up the contractions? i have tryed warm baths and it doesnt work, i get alot of contractions, but once the bath is over they go back to every 40 to 45 mins. if you dont think that will work does anyone have anything else i can try, maybe certain exercises? keep in mind sex is out.. cause my husband is at work lol... thanks in advance.

Why can't they just take a test already? It's not that hard or expensive. I think they're free at Planned Parenthood. I'm so sick of it. Nobody on here cares if you're pregnant or not.

So my friend was 6 weeks pg and lost the baby. She just found out her mom has breast cancer. She really wants her mom to be around when she has kids and her mom really wants to be a grandma. Well, she's not married, she's 19 and doesn't have a house yet but her and her boyfriend are looking 4 1. She really wants to have a baby while her mom is still around. I'm not sure its such a good idea to get pregnent so young on purpose because of something like that. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm 20 and happily pg, I don't a major problem with young moms as long as they can support themselves and a baby but I just don't know if that is the right reason to have a baby. What do you think?

Last time we had sex was almost 3 weeks ago, I took a pregnency test a week ago and it said it was negative, now im really late, could i be pregnant? Or would it have been positive last week? How long after sex does it take for someone to get pregnant?

A friend of mine found out yesterday that she's pregnant. She also has endometriosis. I was just curious at the chances of a woman with endometriosis carrying a baby to full term. How will it effect her pregnancy? I just want to know a little more about it. She's not wanting to get excited about being pregnant yet cuz she doesn't know if she's going to be able to carry the baby sucessfully.

I took 3 preg tests on Sunday. All were faint but DEFINATELY positive. Then at the docs it was the same but positive. My hormone levels came back pretty low. So they ordered me an ultrasound and they said they cant find any traces of a pregnancy yet, so that this means that i could have misscarried (i know i haven't), or that im only a couple of weeks........EXPLAIN!
