My period was 10 days late and on the 9th day late, I took a preg. test. It came out neg. and well just 2 days ago I started my period, and it started out with some pretty bad cramps, and it started, but, its not heavy, and I've had very little blood clots, which is normal for me to have a little issue with that. I'm thinking after this period is done, and if it doesn't start to get heavy, that I'll take a pregnancy test. Should I?

Most definitaly. It NEVER hurts to be careful. I had to take 3 tests before it actually showed. And I was already almost a month pregnant. I just had very low hormones. Unfortunately for me, I miscarried. Since you are having clots, albeit small, you may have been pregnant but had a VERY early term miscarriage. It does happen. You should probably go see your OB and get a blood pregnancy test done. That will detect if you have any of the pregnancy hormones. You'll still have them for up to a month or so after miscarrying, if you did.

I don't think your pregnant. If the test was negative and you're having your period, you're probably not. However, you might want to take one test after your period is done if you want to be sure. I think you're just having a light period. It happens sometimes. I usually have heavy periods too, but occasionally it's just light. It's normal to have some variation in your period each month. However, if you want to get just one test, I would recommend Wal-Mart's Equate brand. You can get just one for about $4 and they're pretty accurate.

Good luck!

Sometimes a girl's period is late, as soon as we miss a period we start to stress; stress can often cause the body to delay menstruation, then we stress more which cause a longer delay in our period. But as soon as we take a pregnancy test and it comes back neg. our body relaxes and nature takes its course, hence the bleeding shortly after the test. I would say you're not pregnant, however to be on the safe side, take a test should your period be late again.

You could but chances your pregnant Arnt very good considering you tested after your missed period. You can however have a late period if you ovulated later than you thought, so I guess I would suggest testing one more time and if its negative then I would just try again next month.

Unless you actually miss a period or two, don't waste your money. Being anxious can cause you to be a bit late. That isn't a missed. A missed is when you actually skip an entire month. Example: Last period was Feb. 1st. Next period due mar. 1st. Now it's April 1st and no period. That is a missed period.

Um there is still a chance you may be pregnant bc it is not that unusual to have some spotting in the beginning....or Im sorry to say you might also be experiencing a miscarriage...The best thing for you to do is go to your doctor and tell them whats going on and have them examine you. Good luck!!

I would take one more test to be sure...but if you are miscarrying then your levels may already be down and thats why it is coming up negative
