It's a very good possibilty. To be sure, your next step should be to have a test done by a doctor who specializes in pregnancies. If you're pregnant, he or she can guide you from there as far as your pregnancy options. If you're not, you may want to see your family doctor to find out why you missed your period. A missed period could mean that your body is out of tune and he or she may want to find a treatment to get your period back on track.

You also might want to ask yourself these questions:

Have you been vomiting?
Are your breasts more tender than normal?

These are also both early signs of pregnancy. As I said however, since you have taken two pregnancy tests and your period is late, you are probably pregnant and should go to a doctor.

Missing out your periods could only be one of the signs of pregnancy, it could happen because of some other reason as well (such as menstrual disturbance) You can try the litmus test to be confirmed, but the best thing would be to consult a qualified gynaecologist..... He/she would give you the best advice on that :) Hope your problem gets resolved soon!

Um, if your tests were positive you ARE pregnant. Why would you question it, if you had 2 positive tests? Goto a doctor or a planned parenthood and have a blood test to confirm. Congrats and good luck!

Are you too shocked to beleive it. The pregnancy tests should be accurate because they only read positive iif they react to the presence of the pregnancy hormone found in the urine. So if teh pregnancy hormone is there then you must be pregnant.
