Pregnancy occurs when sperm meets the eggs. A woman releases an egg every 28 days (appromixately), roughly 14 days after the period starts. So, if you have sex and he releases sperm into you and you have an egg waiting there, then it is likly that you will become pregnant. Not guaranteed, but likely. If it is the wrong time of the month, there will not be an egg there for you to fertilize.
However, if you need to ask this question, then you should not be having sex. Sex is a responsibility, because there are serious consquences if you are uneducated. Please consider this before having sex.

If your question is, if a guy ejaculates while having vaginal intercourse, will you ALWAYS get pregnant? The answer is no, not always, not guaranteed. As another poster pointed out, there must be an egg ready to be fertilized (usually somewhere in the middle of your cycle). And although you can get pregnant at anytime during your cycle, it's highly likely that you will during that window around the time you ovulate, and it's unlikely at the very beginning or end of your cycle.

Please tell me you are a young teen! If so, do not have sex if you are that undereducated! If not, do society a favor and neuter/spay yourself just like Bob Barker suggests so you can't procreate. We don't need anymore idiots running around out there. You never know... your offspring might become the next president. Scary!

YES you can get pregnant by that- you can even get pregnant if he does NOT "come" in you - but he has inserted himself.... PLEASE use protection- there are too many unwanted pregnancies already out there. But biggest reason- is to use it out of respect for yourself.... there are also MANY educational resources online- USE them!

during sex the man can have pre-come, a time when he excretes a small amount of sperm. when he comes the amount is much larger. Either way you can preg. That is why the pull out method doesn't really work.

Yes, that is how you get pregnant. When he enters you is when you put yourself at risk for syphillis, gonhorrea, Chlamydia, Herpes and AIDS/HIV.
