Certainly one can be but that isn't typically found out until their grown and going to a fertility clinic to find out WHY they aren't able to conceive. What reason would a kid have to go to the doctor to find out if he's sterile or not? It doesn't happen Sweetie.
Yes, an STD can cause sterility. A guy who doesn't want to use a condom will use that excuse too....
WATCH OUT....
**There are some ppl born a hermaphridite.....born both male and female parts...could cause sterility I suppose.

Some women are born with fallopian tube defects or other reproductive organ defects.
But many times, this shouldn't cause total and complete infertility. Sometimes she may have other medical problems which lead to infertility that are sometimes, but not necessarily STD.
Overwhelmingly, you are made infertile by life choices and reap the consequences too late in life when you are "ready" to become pregnant.
It's interesting you say a "guy" knows he's sterile?
He sounds like an idiot to me. Maybe he is confessing to you he is a hermaphrodite.
Or he was born without testes, or deformed testes?
Either way, it sounds like a tragic medical condition.

Yes this is possiable but if he is saying this to get in your pants without a condom dont do it he might not be able to have babies but he isn't STD proof. and there is always that one in a million chance that he just might get you pregnant. Look at me I was told I couldn't get pregnant because I was rapped and I have scrae tissue biuld up and I just found out that I am pregnant an the messed up part is it was da first time I slept with the person and the condom broke so just remember things can happen that the doctors say won't. good luck

Yes you can be born with a genetic defect that prevents you from having babies. Males can be born without testicles or otherwise unable to make sperm. Same for girls.
Men can also be injured in such a way that they are infertile.
STDs can also make you sterile-even with no other symptoms; so be careful.

you can be born sterile but highly unlikely i think he just been lucky lol. women are more likely to be born without the ability to get pregnant than a man is to be born sterile.

Yes, I have never been able to have babies. The same is true for some women, I'm afraid.

there is people accessible with out legs who can nevertheless walk! there's a woman accessible with out hands and she or he introduced her toddler up completely, think of of the paralympics. i'm able to assure being with out good hand won't quit your baby crawling, or doing issues those with the two hands can do. they're so clever and that they'd adapt so nicely. besides, maximum young infants i understand by no ability crawl, they circulate right away toddling!

It may be possible, but make him show you the medical report before jumping in bed with him. Still use a condom to prevent STD's
