im having really bad cramps

Bad cramps are a potential symptom of miscarriage. Heavy vaginal bleeding may also be present. Symptoms could depend on how far along you are, also. If you think you are having trouble, then call your doctor or local ER IMMEDIATELY. Or, call 911. Do not drive yourself. Immediate healthcare is as important for you as for your baby. Early care may help prevent future infection or other life-threatening conditions, even if the miscarriage has already occurred. My thoughts are with you.

As long as there is no blood u should be okay. Im having really bad cramps too but my doc says its just my unterus streaching and growing, but im no doctor so make an appt asap or go to the emergency since its friday and they probably will make u wait until monday!

If you think you're having a miscarriage, you should go to the ER now. Your cramps may be just the ligaments and muscles in your pelvic area stretching, but I would deffinately go have it checked out!

Unless you start bleeding or feeling extremely dizzy, cramping is common in early pregnancy. The cramps I had in both pregnancies were way worse than my menstual cramps.
