start to relax more don't jump to things just yet call an ob/Gyn and try to set your first appointment then they will give you a prenatal vitamin and just take things slow for the first few months, eat good and still exercise like you would normally maybe a little lighter. keep good oral hygiene even though it seems like something that has nothing to do with it but it dose.
Listen to what the doctor says and you'll be fine another word of advise don't listen to all the bad horror stories about having the baby, it dose hurt but not as big of a deal as it is made out to be. I had both a normal vag. birth and a c-section.
Congrats and good Luck

Make an appointment with your ob and start taking prenatal vitamins in the mean time. Your doc will most likely give you a perscription for vitamins and folic acid, but sometimes OBs wont see you until the 10th week or so (though go ahead and call just to make sure) Just get a small bottle of good quality over the counters until you can see the doc. Talk to your pharmacy to make sure you get good ones.

Go to the store and get a prenatal vitamin and begin taking those. Eliminate any bad habits. Call the OB and ask for an appt. Most OB's bring you in just for the pregnancy test with a nurse then don't schedule you for your first real visit until you are several weeks along.

Make a Dr. appointment so you can get started on prenatal vitamins. If your DR appointment is going to be a bit, i asked my OB for prenatals i could buy over the counter, and they said walmart carried prenatal vitamins so i took those until i was able to get some prescribed. Also, if you work, and depending on your job, you may want to let them know, so you can avoid heaving lifting, get time off for appointmets ect. Try to take it easy, get plenty of rest and drink a ton of water and juice. Congrats!!

Several things come to mind...
#1 Celebrate! It's a miracle and you should treat it as such
#2 Get the book, What to Expect When You're Expecting
#3 Eat something that you have been denying yourself. It is time to make sure that this child is healthy and of a respectable weight!
Lastly, take really good care of yourself. You and your needs are very important, so don't neglect them. Also, don't forget to exercise. It's great for you and will be very helpful when it comes time to give birth!
Congratulations!!!

If you took a home pregnancy test, then contact your doctor to get prenatal care started (they will test you again too).
Start thinking about being healthy for the baby and BE HAPPY! Congrats

He's right. Get prenatal care, no more alcohol, smoking, or drugs, and get on Folic acid, vitamins, and whatever else they tell you to take. And start saving up and planning now! Good luck!

Stop taking all meds and alcohol and schedule an appointment with an OB/GYN. Start writing down questions you have for him or her. Check your insurance benefits to see what they will pay.

Make an appointment to see an obstetrician. He/she will be able to give you all of the details you need to know. The obstetrician will also help you with anything you and the baby need.
