Pregnancy - February 2007

So for the past week or so ive been having this really, i wouldnt say its really painful...but it hurts enough to be noticed, pain in my chest...like the bottom of my rib cage right above my stomache...the way it would feel if you were working out for a long time & your muscles were all sore...it feels worse when i lay on my side at night so ive been sleeping on my back...its not my tummy at all..just my ribs?...i was just wondering if anyone else has felt anything simular to this or if its normal..& if there is anything you know of that could help with the soreness...if possible

ok i havent had a regular period since end of November sometime. and in janurary i had brown spotting for 3 days then a week later i had more spotting but it was darker for a couple days then a light red and it lasted for about 5 days.. im not feeling much syptoms excepts my breast(nipples sore) and dont feel exactly bloated but my stomach feels like its tighter. like i can pinch it. ...could this be a sign of prenancy???

im 35 weeks pregnant and today at around 10ish i started lightly bleeding..it was of a brownish or pinkish color..about an hour ago it was a reddish color!!! im worried..i also have a huge pain in my side..my dr. said nothing is serious and he said just take it easy..well i was at my friends house and the pain in my side was so bad i had to leave!!! also completely off topic..IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A PERIOD WHILE PREGNANT!!!

anyways..also i have been having to go to the bathroom alot..like poop and i never have before this much!!!

does any of this mean labor is closer??

My period was due yesterday and all yesterday and all today iv been going to the toilet thinking iv got my period but then is just clear discharge and its like im dripping discharge! Iv had a head ache and feeling a little nauseas but no throwing up and i have this weird feeling in my gut just this weird not normal feeling iv never had and when i woke up this morning i couldn't touch my tummy it was sore! could i be pregnant!?

her name is Sadie Mae
she weighted 8 pounds 7 ounces
was 20 inches long

my labor and delivery went really well, i was having contractions every 4 mins apart so my husband took me to the hospital, they said that they werent strong enough to be considered active labor, so they were gonna send me home but seen that the baby wasnt moving much, did an ultrasound and seen i had low fluid.. so my doctor induced me... everything was fine but my doctor broke my water and told them that within 15 mins i needed to have my epidural because the pain was gonna get really bad (she knew i wanted an epidural) well the stupid nurses made me wait 3 hours...... but once i got it, it was alot better... i could feel the baby come out but it wasnt a pain feeling, just a little pressure... it was an awsome expierence. :)

I recently had an ultrasound and it showed that my little boy's testes are already dropped but my clinic says i am only 28 weeks - I miscarried(lmp for that pregnancy was 5/4/06) right before this pregnancy so I never had a LMP to go by for this pregnancy - i know that it is possible to become pregnant as soon as your hormone level is zero after miscarriage but the dr just "assumed" an LMP of 7/14/06 but the ultrasound technician even said that by the weight and development that the machine does it's own guesswork of how far along you are and it said 31 wks 4 days by that - i had an appt soon after with the clinic but the dr wouldn't even talk to me about it - i kinda feel left in the dark about the subject and am worried that if they are off about my due date by that much it could cause problems when i go into labor. Is it possible for a little boy to develop that fast almost 4 weeks ahead of schedule?

My friend lacy, thinks she may be. she says shes taking the pill for 6 months now. and she had... relations a week ago and shes gained weight. and missed but you miss when youre on the pill so how would you even know.
she cannot get a pregnacy test,
any symptoms?

Hey guys, i just wanted to say thank you for all the wanderful advice that was given to me everytime i asked a question on here. my due date was accually feb 8th but i ended up going into labor feb 6th and had my baby later that night.... good luck to everyone, and i will try and use my personal expierences to help someone else if i can. thanks again.

Am gettin married soon and i dono how to say this.. well am gonna have sex for the first time in my life.. so obviously i have no clue about feminine contraceptives..
so can anybody give me some ideas ? i would prefer oral pills. preferably mornin after.. and also are morning after pills better than other contraceptives ? or do they have any serious side affects ? i need some brand names please..

I have a marina IUD, and I had my period 2 weeks ago. But now i'm spotting, and I have pink discharge. Is this normal? Should I be worried about being pregnant. I have had dreams of nothing but being pregnant, is my body trying to tell me something? Plz help. Thanks to all.

I was 18 when I got pregnant with my first (19 when he was born) and went into premature labor at 28 weeks (contractions and dialation stopped after medicine and bedrest), again at 29 weeks (with the same medicine and bedrest), and he was born at 31 weeks. The doctors were unable to figure out why I kept going into labor. Now that I'm pregnant again at 25 (the baby will be born when I'm 26), my doctor wants to make sure this one makes it past 32 weeks, at least. He's having me go on bedrest at 24 weeks, so I'll have restricted movement for close to half the pregnancy. My question is would my age make a difference in having a premature baby? Now that I'm older, would my body be more capable of going full term? Also, has anyone had a premature birth with one child (that the doctors couldn't figure out the reason why) and then had a full term baby afterwards? I'm hoping for the best but I'm afraid of the worst.

My bestfriend since kindergarten might have just gotten his gf pregnant...she's three weeks late on her period and that's common for girls at this age but still if she is pregnant, he's gonna have to get a job, quit school, and I won't see him much anymore, and I wasn't ready to go my seperate ways with him, he's like a brother to me and I don't wanna lose that...can somebody please help me out here? My boyfriend and i were extremely active in the month of december and i don't think we were as careful as we should have been. Ive been extremely bloated and i continue to feel very faint sharp pains and soreness all around my abdomon! I only experienced three days of bleeding in a four day period during my cycle last month. My average cycle usually lasts 7-9 days. I am only about two days late this month so far. I'm always exhausted even when i get a full nights rest and not to mention constipated. Could I be pregnant or are these just symptoms of stress?

I just recently asked a question about getting an abortion or not......
I am the one who said I am 27 and my boyfriend wants me to have an abortion........ I just want to clear some things up...... I want to keep our baby, I never said that 75,000 yearly was poor.... my point was that I think we make enough money, I think at my age and at this time in my life i could have this baby and be a good mother, i want to convince him that having an abortion is not the answer. who is ever "really" prepared for a child anyways....OH Yeah and I know first thing about adoption because I am an adopted child myself I guess the advice I was looking for is how can I tell him that I dont want this abortion because the only reason i would get it is because he wants me to if he wanted this baby i would never have thought of an abortion.

I told him and he told me to get an abortion or leave. Well I thought I was about 6 weeks however on Wednesday I started bleeding. I went to the hospital they took blood and the results were that my hormone levels were not high enough to be six week so the doctor said either I was miscarrying my baby or it was implantation bleeding and I am not six weeks. I am still bleeding has this happened to anyone else and the outcome been a healthy baby? They told me to have blood drawn today and see if the hormones went up or not. The doctors office said they would have the results on Mon. or Tue.
