you have to work out, eat right and breast feeding uses up 500 calories a day so that is a plus.
your age is a plus! your metabolism is probably higher than say...MINE lol, so you should be able to do minimal diet and exercise (like i did with my first).
it took you 9 months to get that weight on...it could take 9 months to get it back off.

Breast feeding helps. I was wearing my regular clothes within a few days after giving birth with both of my children. I also walked a lot before giving birth. Your body "chemistry?" has a lot to do with it and what medications that you must take during delivery. Many of us are/were fortunate enough not to need medications during our labor. Some must have meds because of early labor or for some extreme problem that meds are needed. Nobody can ever condemn others for not taking the weight off after delivery because sometimes there is no way the weight will come off. Just take care of baby and breast feed. For women only, it is fun to breast feed because you can squirt your husband if he gets out of line. I did. It was fun.

I was a slender 135 lb. (tall, large-boned) and when I was pregnant gained 40 lbs. I had a 7 lb. baby and lost 30 lbs. within 3 weeks of her birth, as my body settled back to normal. I still ate regular meals but didn't exercise other than walking around the house during that 3 weeks. Two months after she was born I joined a gym and worked very hard at getting the "pouch" off. That l0 lbs. was tough! It takes a while for your body to make adjustments but 3 months after I gave birth, I was back to my normal weight. However, my breasts started to sag slightly and my abdomen was slightly rounded, whereas it was perfectly flat before. My feet also got a little wider. I figure that's normal with pregnancy & childbirth.

I have three children and after the first child my body changed. I weighed 129 before my first pregnancy. After my second child I exercised every day. I worked out six days a week. I had to work everyday on the tummy area. It worked! Also after the first pregnancy my breast went from perky to jerky. I could never get it back unless I have cosmetic surgery. It will never be exactly the same.

While you may get to the weight you were before you were pregnant you body will never return to that shape. Your body did some major re arrainging while you were pregnant, your hips spread, your boobs began to pick up the effects of gravity as well as other more subtle differences...these changes will never reverse themselves, they are permanent. You no longer have the boyd of an 18 year old although that might be your chronological age, your body is now more that of a 25 year old...

definately breast feed!!! it makes your uterus shrink back down to it's original size much faster and you lose up to 400-700 extra calories a day! i got back into shape after my first baby (i was 19 now i'm 20 with baby #2) and that took a month with real dedication and healthy eating habbits. but it was worth it. i looked better then, then i ever have in my life! you can get back into shape if you work hard. don't be lazy!!! and don't blame the pregnancy... just because you're eating for two doesn't mean you're actually eating for two full grown adults.... lol. oh and drink plenty of water : )

Everybody is different.. I had my 4th child on Nov. 2nd and I am almost back to my original size. I am all belly, Thank God...

My girlfriend had her baby 6mth's now and she did not lose any weight. She keeps complaining about how fat she is I told her that she should try eating healthier. She eats all the wrong things for example: for breakfast she would have bacon and eggs and pancakes with little sausages. For lunch she would have Kentucky fried chicken with a diet coke, for dinner she would eat steak and pototoes, with a diet coke.

What I am basically saying is take care of that body properly...

Good Luck to you!!!!!

I easily have been instructed seventy two hours! that's merely 3 days...i think of somebody is attempting to scare you, to be honest. Efficacy of the pill is compromised provided which you're actually not customary with it. you're able to have a collection time of day which you're taking it (variances of an hour, here or there shouldn't compromise) yet once you're taking it say like 24 hours, first day, 36 the subsequent 12, the subsequent...you recognize what I propose? it incredibly is going to take you physique lots longer to regulate to it than while you're taking it on an huge-unfold basis and in the 24 hour span. additionally notice that Anti-biotics have been regular to nullify the end results of BC pills....purely somewhat of information.

I could put on my jeans 3 weeks after. Although they were a size above what I originally was. At a year after I was even skinnier than before I was pregnant. I had a c section.

You have to work at it.........it won't go back by itself. And your body still won't look like it did before you got pregnant. Diet and exercise, and remember breastfeeding burns around 500 calories a day!
