Ginger is a good natural anti emetic, so drinking Ginger Beer for example can reduce the nausea and vomiting. Also when she gets out of bed in morning its a good idea to have something to eat first thing so that the Blood Glucose level is raised. Keep an eye on her as if the vomiting is severe she may need to go to hospital for IV fluids as dehydration is a risk especially at this time of the year. THe condition fo having lots of vomiting and nausea is nknown as hyperemesis and doing a search on this particular name will show up some other tips and hints.

It depends entirely on the woman, and the pregnancy. For me, I had nausea with all three pregnancies.. with my first, it was mild and eating starchy foods seemed to help. Keep soda crackers by the bed and nibble some before you even get out of bed in the morning... just a little.
With my second, nothing helped. With my third...??? Believe it or not, watermelon seemed to help more than anything else.
Try different foods to see what might help you. Also, try not eating any full meals. Just snack throughout the day. Several small meals throughout the day... and walk, whether you feel like it or not.
And keep an eye out for that 12-week mark... hopefully the morning sickness will disappear at that point. It usually does.

First of all, don't listen to Melissa! Pregnant women should never EVER drink raspberry tea ( unless she is very close to the due date), it has an effect on the uterus that can cause contractions.
Secondly, anything with ginger in it will help reduce the nausea. Soda crackers are a big thing too, they are lighter than having a piece of toast, and ginger ale will even help but it should be flat. Don't drink too much because pregnant women should also limit the amount of caffeine they drink.

Morning answers are all here. One thing I recommend for the afternoon/evening nausea is mint tea or peppermints if you are on the run. Mint is very good at calming a queasy stomach even if you aren't pregnant. Most important though is to not let your stomach get totally empty. Lots of little snacks through out the day like a banana, apple, yogurt, etc.

were given a blender? If not, get a cheap one with gentle plastic jug. purchase frozen berries you want, upload a pair tsps. of vegetables, some lemonade (not orange or lime - too not uncomplicated on abdomen)and combine. very efficient. some women human beings upload yogurt; others like a banana. possibly some frozen vanilla tofutti. A cereal like complete is likewise especially good. attempt small quantities in the start. If milk is a situation, attempt rice or soy products instead. The nutrition you're taking ought to comprise folic acid, an significant nutrient for pregnant women human beings (impacts toddler's progression extremely) yet remember: supplementations are purely as effective because the best food they prefer to bond with with the intention to turn on. supplementations on my own will kill your abdomen. careful with that.

I had such bad nausea with all my pregnancy's. The doctors almost put me on medication for it because it was so bad. But my friend told me to eat pringles and drink pink lemonade, and it worked really good, and my nausea stopped. Dry toast does help somewhat, but everyone is different. So just try different suggestions and hopefully something will work well with you. I hope I was of help and good luck, it really is a hard thing to go through when your pregnant.
