Well I thought I was about 6 weeks however on Wednesday I started bleeding. I went to the hospital they took blood and the results were that my hormone levels were not high enough to be six week so the doctor said either I was miscarrying my baby or it was implantation bleeding and I am not six weeks. I am still bleeding has this happened to anyone else and the outcome been a healthy baby? They told me to have blood drawn today and see if the hormones went up or not. The doctors office said they would have the results on Mon. or Tue.

I know it's hard to but try not to think about it so much because stress isn't good for you. I have seen it come out both ways - for me I had it happen and it turned out bad (but I got pregnant right afterwards & am pregnant now) but my aunt who had a history of miscarriages did the same thing and it turned out she was completely fine and she has a healthy 1 year old girl now! how low is your homone level as of the test the doctor did? because the general process is for them to check your hormone level then do it again 48 hrs later (it should double in that time period) & then do an ultrasound also - every situation is different though - if you need someone to talk to about it don't hesitate to write me I'll be glad to talk - jbi_dickens@netzero.net Just don't get hopeless! Even if you get a bad result most women go on to have a 2nd pregnancy free of complications! :-)

Yes, this does happen. Keep in mind, sometimes with bleeding, your hCG levels may slow, plateau or even decline temporarily so unless you have a large drop in numbers, you just don't know what is happening.

I bled heavily during the second trimester of my first pregnancy and my son is just fine.

A good site to visit is www.misdiagnosedmiscarriage.com You'll find other women who are unsure if there is a problem with their pregnancies. Sometimes just talking to somebody going through the same thing can be reassuring.

Hope this helps and (((hugs))) to you.

I'm not for sure what is happening with you but with my first baby I did bleed at six weeks. I rested and kept my feet up and that was it...and my baby is perfect! Maybe you aren't as far as you thought you were. I hope everything works out alright!
