i wasnt expecting to be pregnant ive been with my bf, now ex for more that a year so when i found out i freak out im not that young n i still live with my parents so i was scared to tell my mom my bf always told me he wanted a baby but now that im pregnant he started to act different like he didnt want it so i felt bad cuz he wasnt there 4 me instead of making me feel better he was making me feel like s**t so we got in an arguement n i broke up with him for good (during our relationship we were alwas breaking up and getting back 2gether but we broke up 4 months ago cuz he did somethingreal bad n i got back with him without nobody knowing) so now he tells me he wants to be with me but i know if i stay with him my life would be like hell. so i dont know if i should let him be involved during my pregnancy n accept money from him cuz im hurt, i have a good job but i dont think is fair for me to take all the responsability but at the same i dont want him to be involved. wat u think?

I was wondering if there is any way of "predicting" that you are having twins before the dr tells you? I am pregnant (only about 4-5 weeks) and before I missed my period my breasts were very tender, I am extremly fatigued and sometimes nauseous. I did not have any of these things so early with my last pregnancy. Twins run on both the maternal and paternal sides so I was wondering what the chances of this are, etc.

I had a cesarean 8 months ago, and my tailbone hurts so much. It hurts to sit, and to get up from a sitting position. I hadn't gone through labor at all.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden started spotting today! It started out brown, but is now pinkish... I was just at the doctor's last week, and everything looked good.. strong heartbeat, cervix looked ok... I called my doctor in a panic, but he told me not to worry just yet.. I did have intercourse on Sunday, which he says may be the cause.. anyone have experience with this? it seems like every week, I have another new scary symptom that ends up being nothing. I can't help but be freaked out....

ok . . by the dates that my doctor gave me when I first found out I was pregnant, I should be 18 weeks and 4 days . . . I went for my first ultrasound last week, and the tech said that according to my measurements, I was more like 19 or 20 weeks . . . then yesterday, I went to the doctor and I was measured at 25 weeks . . . so exactly how far along am I? . . or is it all just a big estimate and there's really no way to tell? . . how does all of this affect my due date?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

I know what braxton hicks are-I have 1 child. But last night I was having contractions every 3-5 minutes, and my vaginal area was cramping really bad. I fell asleep and woke up this morning and nothing happened. I am still cramping in the vaginal area-it really hurts. I am 34 weeks 5 days. I would like to know what to do. I am waiting for my water to break before I go to the hospital. There is alot of pressure in the vaginal area. I feel stupid for going to the hospital with no or little contractions, but with alot of pressure.?? Any suggestions?? Thanks.

I am 21 weeks and I try to sleep on my side, but most of the time I wind up on my back by morning. I have tried putting pillows behind me so I won't roll over, but I wind up on my back anyway. Every once in awhile I wake on my stomach, but I don't have much of a belly yet, so I am not worried. Any suggestions? How detrimental is it to sleep on your back? I recently heard that it is an old wives tale.

I went to my ob today and they checked the heartbeat it was fine, they had trouble finding the heartbeat she had to really press down on my right side really low in the pubic bone area to fine it. It was strong at 160. My question is that I am almost 16 weeks is it normal for the baby to still be that low? On the pregnancy sites it says it should be out of the pubic bone by now. Is this to why I am not showing yet b/c it's so low. When should I expect the baby to rise up? Thanks

So I called the doctor and discribed my symptoms. They want me to come in for a check up but I can't afford it
I spoke with a friend last night and she said that for 4 months she had her period while she was pregnant, that it got lighter and lighter then finally stopped. My period just ended but there is still some spotting but pinkish in color. Even on my heaviest day of my period it was still pinkish bright red and not heavy at all. My breast are still hurting but not my nipples, my milk pockets and I haven't breast fed in over 6 months!!!!! I also keep feeling quizy. I want to take a pregnancy test today but will the result be accurate?

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if I can still sleep on my stomach, sometimes I feel like I am hurting the baby by doing it, but then again if I still can do it then it must be ok. Does anyone know what doctors recommend.

Can you actually feel the babies heartbeat and how early? Some times i think that i feel something but it may be the baby kicking. I have no idea. Oh and for all those people who tell me to be on birth control i was i was on the shot and i am still on it i go back in a month to get it again. But i am not going to get it this time. I got it and i didn't know that i was pregnant. I have been on it for a year and a half now. And no i am not a slut it was the first time i had sex. So please stop telling me that i need birth control because it didn't work for me.

I am having this terrible stabbing pain in my groin when I walk it is unbearable I am not having any regular contactions and other than that feel fine it is only while I walk around. I am dialated to 2 and about 30% effaced. Any one else have this?

Does anyone hear have problems sleeping? I can't sleep because i can't get comfortable. My stomach feels really heavy and i don't know what to do. How long were you in pain when/if you've had a miscarriage???

How was the pain?

my bleeding was like a light period around the time my period was due and the cramping was minor! Didn't need any meds!!

My serum test was positive Thurs. and my HPT yesterday and today were neg.
