Is it true that if you have 2 early babies, that the third baby is going to be early? My first child was 1 week early and my second child was 2 days early.

every baby is different, as for every pregnancy. My hubby says it depends on how long you preheated the oven.

First of all, 1 week is not early and neither is 2 days. And by the way every baby is different and will come when it does depending on all the surrounding factors. For example if you had no stress factors during your first and second babies and now with the third you do have some stress factors, you know it might affect the pregnancy and birth of the baby.

I don't know but I tend to believe it. My first was 1 week early, my second was 3 1/2 weeks early, and my third was 11 weeks early. So I firmly believe it's possible, but not guaranteed. Don't borrow trouble, just wait and see. Worry about the things you can change and let the things you can't go.

I have had four children and all of them were late. 1st 2 weeks, 2nd 11 days, 3rd 10 days, and 4th 9 days but he was induced. But my menstral cycle is more like 36 to 48 days where as some women are less. I think it all depends on your own menstral cycle. The doctors use a system based on the average women. So my guess is that you might have another baby early if you have a shorter cycle than most.

When people talk about early babies they mean more than 2 weeks. You have nothing to worry about.

No it isnt. My 1st child was 9 weeks early 3lbs, my middle child was late 6lbs, and my 3rd one was induced a week early, 5lbs. They will come out when they are ready.

Babies and birth is unpredictable, even trained medical persons who specialise in this field will tell you there is no way of saying what will DEFINATELY happen when it comes to giving birth.
