Me and my partner have been together for nearly 5yrs and have just bought a house. We are both in stable jobs and we both are starting to feel broody. We both want a baby but both of us are too scared for me to come off the pill and start trying. Do you think it is the right time? Did anyone come to a joint decision with their partner or just took the plunge?

I had my first sonography done..and it was such a thrilling and exciting experience..I wished to share it with some ...unfortunately I can't...My baby is in Breeh presentation(14.5+-10 weeks) will it change position or will I have a breech labour for sure...also I am unsure of the way by which one decides which week is it ...my 1st day of LMP was 21st june and EDD 28th March which means that the date of conception was 5th of July but sonograpgy reavels the baby to be one week bigger so the date of conception should be 28th of June..can anybody tell me for sure which week I am in..?

I am only a month in a half and when they took my blood they said the hgc i think hormone was tripling and told me to set up an appointment at the hospital for an ultra sound is this bad? do i need to worry what does this mean?I am 24 years old and healthy i just am a stressed at the moment.

Okay...this Friday I will be starting my 13th week of pregnancy, i've missed 3 periods so far, i've been to the doctor and all of that. My periods always come around the 23rd of every month, this month around that time i started having some bleeding, it was a little clumpy, but i wasn't in any pain at all...i just went to the bathroom and seen i was bleeding. But it stopped after that, well i had a little spotting the next day but that was it. I havne't been in any pain at all, no cramping or anything. And i'm not bleeding or anything now. It didn't even last a whole day. What could that be? My next appointment is in about a week or 2. Should i be really concerned or is that normal? I've heard that you hurt when you miscarry and i haven't been hurting at all, but what's the bleeding from?

My due date is January 25...But Im trying to decide on my babyshower date...I was thinking towards December 2 or 3 because at the end of December its christmas and I dont want to ruin ppls financial plans you know what I mean?? and the ending of november its thanksgiving so Im thinking December 2 would be the best date...o0o and my 19th B-day is on December 4th so itll be kinda kool...lol any advice on better dates?

about half a year ago i got pregnant and had an abortion (i was only 17 at the time) but it the worst thing i did in my life and no way on earth would i get an abortion again, it was awful, but now im pregnant again, (i am still with the same man i was with before) but i just couldnt go through with it again... what can i do, i no i should of been more careful and from now on believe me i will but wat shall i do?

I gave birth on august 11 (6 weeks and 4 days ago) and my lochia had stopped already sometime last week. i had unprotected sex about a week to a week and a half ago, but three days ago i had brown blood come out and yesterday i had light pink blood...only when i wiped...could this be my period or is this implantation bleeding. i have my six week check up tomorrow and i'm terrified what the doctor will say. if i take a home pregnancy test will it come up positive anyways because i still have pregnancy hormones in me?

I went to my obgyn to confirm i as pregnant which i am but when i tried making the second appointment they said they were not taking on anymore pregnant patients?They said they would see about transfering me to another doctors office? is this unusual? Ok so the date of my last period was about May 8th (could have been the 9th). My GP told me that my due date was Feb 14th. The OBGYN says that it is Feb12th, and when I had my last ultra sound the technician said I am due on Feb 7th. Which do you think is right?

I'm nearly 23 weeks pregnant and i'm having a very tough time at the moment. I know us women while pregnant go through every emotion, but this is just crazy. I cry nearly everyday and when I have a day like that I cry constantly about the most lame things. My husband leaves for work at 8am and doesn't get back till 11.30pm (He's a chef) and last night I accused him of cheating on me. I don't know what's going on with me! A couple of nights ago he didn't come home til 1.30am with no phonecall where he was, he was drinking with people at work. Then when he told me who he was drinking with, he missed out this girls name, who I think likes him, which made me fly off the handle with suspision. How can I get my husband to understand what i'm going through and that I'm not really turning into a controlling jelous phyco??

So you get heated in the moment and your "safe barrier" fails...weather it being a condom breaking, forgeting to take you pill or unable to pull out in time. You dont want to risk that dreadfull unplanned and unwanted pregnancy and you certainly dont believe in abortions so you settle for the morning after pill... But how does one know if it really has worked? Youve taken it the very next day... Youve taken the correct dosages at the correct times but how are you sure it has worked? Please help in any way you can...!

My husband keeps telling me he doesn't care about this, or that and that it is up to me (registering, nursery theme, etc). So I just assumed he didn't care who was in the room during the actual delivery. So I've mentioned it to my mom. I want her in the room. He now is saying he just wants it to be him and me and Dr, and nurse only. HOw can I tell my mom without her getting upset at my husband. She really loves him and may not get offended. Should I tell her the truth and also tell her I considered having his mom in there and he doesn't want her in there so she knows it's nothing against her? Should I act like it's a mutual decision between us, while running the risk of her getting mad at me or what?
