First go get yourself some ovulation sticks. You should ovulate 14 days after your the first day of your last period. That should help some. That is what I did, and I am pregnant now.

First of all, you need to make sure he feels the same way. If you get pregnant and he happens to not have wanted it as badly as you do, he may resent you for it or something worse. However, happily married and all, I'd be willing to bet he's willing. So; a doctor may tell you that too much sex may be your problem and to cut back to once or twice every other day or so. You can try some positions that better act for conceiving like original missionary with ( sorry for the graphics) your feet over his shoulders; or try "doggie-style," or you could just try putting your bottom on a pillow that has been folded over. Now that you have 'assumed the positions,' try holding your knees to your chest once the two of you are done, I did get pregnant that way. Plus, it may take a few tries, but any doctor will tell you that if you have unprotected sex, statistically speaking, you will eventually get pregnant. Good luck!!!

Are you saying sex isn't working? How long have you been trying? If you are having sex without protection for more than 6-8 months, you may need to see a specialist. To start though, take a prenatal vitamin that you can get at walgreens, stop any drugs, drinking, or smoking. Eat healthy...exercise. For fun, while you're at walgreens picking up vitamins, pick up a clearblue easy ovulation kit and pee on the stick for a month or two to figure out what day of the month is your ovulation time. Then, have sex every other day around the time that you ovulate and stay on your back for 20 minutes or so afterwards. Don't listen to people say have sex, sex, sex.....a man's sperm count becomes weaker and less upon ejaculation. It takes 24-36 hours to replenish. Every other day would be a better bet than every day! Keep in mind, male sperm can stay alive for up to 2-3 days in your body and female chromosome sperm a day or two longer!

An ovulation kit would help but let me tell you something that most women dont know...

The more you have sex and the more a man ejaculates then the less sperm he is going to have the next time he ejaculates. So hold it in until you are for sure you are ovulating and then when he does "go" you are highly likely to get pregnant because he is releasing a lot more sperm that have a better chance of getting to the egg versus having sex daily.

If it's been over a year since you started trying, maybe it's time to get both of you checked to make sure that you are both perfectly healthy and able to conceive.

Usually, when a person activly starts to try, it happens within a few months, so if it's been a long time, something else might be going on.

Also, if you took the pill or did Depo for a long period of time prior to trying for a baby, it can take longer for it to happen.

Well, obviously having sex is the key...but timing is everything. As mentioned in prior posts, there are a number of "tools" that can assist with predicting the ovulation cycle. Additionally, since this is a "two person" thing, you may also want to check your husband's fertility...but wait a couple years before going that route...remember, if everything is "working" properly, timing is the key!

Stop trying. I was told I would never have children by 20 specialist,I tried for 10 years, and lost 4 babies. so I stopped trying and got it in my head that I would never be a mother. Well a Friend of mine told me when God was ready for me to have children then you will, exactly 2 months later, I was with child. I am now a very proud mother of a healthy 3 year old. God Luck!!!

Well make sure everything is ok with your body and his. you need to plan the day you ovulate between your cycyles to see when is the best time to have sex. the best to have sex is about 2 days before you ovulate to give it a better chance. eat right exercise and have sex. another way is certain position you can get pregnant quicker in to like from the back and you laying down. do not get on top because the *** will not stay in your body so you can get pregnat. when you get threw having sex stay in the bed for about 10 minutes laying down. hope this help!!!!!!!!Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the best time to get pregnant is when you're not trying. Getting pregnant was the last thing on our minds for my husband and I, and well....we have a beautiful 20 month old daughter now. Good luck and God bless!!!!!

Try to have sex during ovulation time... Ovulation begins after you have your period. If your period ends in 5 days then you began to count 14 days and make sure that you are having sex within those 14 days... I speak from experience this is what I did and I am now 31 weeks pregnant. (Good Luck)!!!!!
