nobody will answer to this question truthfully, they all cry murder.... In real life, people have rights, and abortion is one-whether you believe in it or not...it's a reality...
Is it better to have these kids popping out, not taken care of (buy parents who didn't want them in the first place), on welfare...Do you know how much taxes you're payin? Different strokes for different folks.

I haven't had any, but then I've been fortunate enough not to find myself in a situation where it was an issue.
However, I did have a very traumatic unhappy childhood, and I was an adopted child. So please don't make the judgment that giving a child away for adoption equates with it having a wonderful happy secure life. My adoptive parents had their own baby when I was five and I have lost count of the number of times after that, when I was told I was not important anymore, at the age of six I was told 'you can go now, I've got my baby'.
When I grew up and had my first child, I decided the time was right to trace any biological family I had. And I was rejected all over again. Whatever problems my 16 year old birth mother had when I was born, she still has, she hasn't dealt with them, and she told me she wished abortion had been legal in Ireland because she would have aborted me.
It's only right to have a child if you can love and care for it unconditionally. Accidents happen, and sometimes the girl is left with limited options and virtually no support. It's not murder, it's self preservation.
So, no, I haven't aborted a child, but I do wish my mother had

I wouldn't ever have an abortion!! My husband and I tried for 2 years to be able to have a baby. I miscarried 3 times before my daughter was born. My children (I now have a 9 month old son also) are the best thing about my life. How anyone can kill a baby when so many people CAN'T have one is beyond me. If you don't want the baby, give it to someone who does. It is a person too!!

having an abortion is or should not be an option for anyone. you should have a child when you are settled down rather than when you are ready to settle down. there are tons and tons of people out there that want kids and cant. and here are people that are having abortions cause they had an "accident". i think that is b.s.
having a child is a choice when you lay down. there is always the option for adoption. it happens everyday.
if you are really wanting an answer for this for your own self i would check into it rather than asking on yahoo. remember alot of people on here are like 15 and they have no clue.

None. And I will never understand women who say that they don't regret having an abortion. I think there's a serious mental issue with women who can kill a child and not think anything about it.

I had one many years ago. I believe it was the right thing for me. I still believe it. I fully support abortion rights.........I am happily married, I have 14 year old twins and I am pregnant again and due Feb 2. but at the time I was young and naive. Screw everyone who judges me, too.
