Hpv will not prevent you from becoming pregnant. You need to give it more than two months. Pregnancy doesn't just happen like that for everybody. Frustrating as it may be!! It took me 14 years (YES, 14 YEARS and two fertility specialists telling me I would never get pregnant due to endometriosis and scar tissue) to get pregnant. My beautiful son was born August of 2004 when I was 36 years old. So, in short, don't give up, have faith, pray and best of luck to you. It will happen when and if its meant to be.

Trying only once a month for 2 months to get pregnant is not really much of a try. Try more often and for a few more months before you become worried. Depending on the fertility expert, most won't even schedule an appointment until you have tried for 6-12 months. I am not aware of evidence that HPV causes infertility.

Women with HPV conceive all the time; it's extremely common.

It's also completely normal for a healthy couple to take up to a year to conceive. If you've only tried once each month for two months, how do you even know that you tried at the right time? Do you even know when the right time is? Do you know that there are only a few days out of each cycle in which you are fertile?

You need to learn how the female cycle works or at least try "trying" more often than once in each month to maximize your chances.

If you've only tried for two months and only once each month, you really don't know if you can become pregnant or not. Some people try several months or even years with no luck. You need to be consistent. Even if you don't want to understand when you ovulate and everything, you need to try at least every other day or so. Just have sex frequently and that can increase your chances of becoming pregnant. If you feel sad with only trying like two times, think about how all the people feel that try for years. I wish you the best of luck!

Dont become frustrated after trying for only 2 months especially if it was once in each month. You are not considered infertile until you have been trying and unsuccessful for a year or more. Some women walk by a penis and get pregnant, for others it may take a month or 6 months. All women and every body is different. Its best to make love when you are ovulating, if you are only doing it once a month you are more then likely doing it at the wrong time.

I didn't think I could have kids either.. But now I have four. Two months is not enough time to decide whether you can have a child or not. If you are financially and emotionally ready to have kids than just keep trying. I was with my husband for 3 years with no protection before we had our first... then every 2 years we would become pregnant again. While you are trying to have a baby make sure you do things in your life that will make you a strong person. Having a baby is hard work and takes all your free time away.

First, two months of trying isn't a long enough time to judge infertility. Lots of women don't conceive in the first two months. Fertility specialists won't even consider seeing you until you've gone an entire year without conceiving.

Next, there's a wonderful book on fertility that might really help you. Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler is the first place to check and make sure you're maximizing your fertility potential.

Last, but not least, relax. Volunteer at a daycare or church nursery. Enjoy other people's children and prepare yourself mentally for parenthood.

If all else fails, there's always adoption. No one who wants to be a mother needs to live childless anymore.

Good Luck!!

go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

Ummm. I think you're being a bit impatient. My husband and I were trying to have a baby for 4 years before we even conceived (we even saw a specialist). I have a co-worker who was going through infertility treatments for 5 years and finally gave birth to her baby girl a few months ago. If you have HPV, I think you should do go to your doctor and ask them if it causes infertility. I've attached a link with some information too.

Good luck.
