My doc told me 6 weeks, but I had a D&C. It might take few months for your cycle to get back to normal. I didn't have a period for about 3 months after. 5 months later we concieved again and my son is almost 11 months now. I have PCOS and it took 1 1/2 years the first time. I am sorry about your loss, I hope you are blessed with another baby!

I had one a year ago an my Doctor told me to wait on complete cycle then I could try again. But you not only want to give yourself time to heal physically but emotionally as well. You have to give yourself time to grieve for the child you lost. I sorry that you're going through this I know it's hard.

you can start as soon as you feel comfortable regardless of what the doctors tell you why do you think women have babys so close together even though they tell you to wait. Good luck.

4 months or more, get over your grief first and heal your mind. if you get pregnant again right away, you going be putting your baby at risk for another miscarriage and your mental is not heal yet. so wait a few months before you start humping again.

Thought I read it was best to wait 6 months to give your body time to heal.

The rule of thumb is 3 to 6 months. It is best to ask your OB/GYN.

miscarriages are very common.
You should check with your OB to make sure.
I'd say 3 month, just to give your uterus a bit rest.
