I would defenitley go in to the hospital because I had low back pain for a couple days didnt even realize I was in labor and then I had the pressure alot of it which is basically the baby sitting there waiting to come out. Not to be gross but feel up there like your going to insert a tampon do you feel anything a head perhaps? This is possible by the way it happened to me be careful and go to the hospital.

Cramping in the pelvic region usually indicates dialation or effacement. But I can tell you with my second child the cramping and pressure was WAY worse than with my first. Also, a lot of women never break their water and have to have it broken for them or it breaks when they start pushing. At this point in your pregnancy if you are contracting that close together you should probably got to the dr because your baby can still have serious breathing issues at this gestational age. Good luck, but like I said, the cramping was WAY worse my second time than my first time.

I had the same thing. Absolutely call your OB. You may be have just started to dialate already, which is very common with the second child. However, you may also be in premature labor but only your OB can determine which. Premature labor may require medication and bedrest.
If you wait for your water to break it will be too late and your baby's lungs may not be mature enough to be outside of the womb. I have been around many premature babies and it's heartbreaking to see the tubes and meds that they have endure.
Hope this helps! Take care!!!

the pressure is what would send me to the hospital. at 34 weeks, you may be in labor. i'd at least call to be sure. not everyone's water breaks on it's own, so waiting on that may not be the best plan.

the pressure and cramps are most likely hormones releasing from your body getting ready for your baby's birth.sometimes you also feel Lil pings down your inner thigh along with the cramps

"Cramping" is not used to describe vaginal pain. Cramping refers to pain in your stomach area (your uterus, like pain when you have your period). The pressure in your vaginal area is probably due to your baby dropping, and his/her head is at your birth canel (top of your vagina). Go to Labor & Delivery and get checked.

S*** I would have already been in the E.R. I don't play around with pregnancy. I would defiantly call your doc. or go to the E.R. Those are signs of "premature labor".
Good Luck!!

Get to L&D. They can monitor your pains to see if they are contractions.

I WOULD SEE THE DOCTOR BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE WHAT I WENT THROUGH WHEN I WAS PREGNANT. MY PELVIC PAIN WAS CAUSED BY THE LOOSENING OF PELVIN LIGAMENTS WHICH ARE ALLOWING YOUR HIPS TO SEPARATE TO ALLOW BABY TO DROP. THE PAIN WAS AT IT'S WORSE WHEN I TRIED TO WALK, WHEN I TRIED TO GET IN AND OUT OF MY TRUCK OR WHEN I REPOSITIONED IN BED. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR BABY IS GROWING AND THAT HE/SHE IS RUNNING OUT OF ROOM. REMEMBER THAT EVERYTHING IS STRETCHING AND TRYING TO SUPPORT YOUR BABY AND UTERUS.
