Today is my 28th cycle day, and I finally started my period....I think. I was very sick to my stomach 4 days ago, and again this morning actually thought I was going to be sick. I have started lightly spotting, but it's nothing compared to what I usually have, which is a really heavy flow. I know I've heard that you can still have a period, and be pregnant, so do you think this could be the same for me? I did have morning sickness with my daughter, and have never been sick to my stomach since then. Should I test just to make sure? Or am I totally just being paranoid?

Does anyone know a website that gives you a place to enter your last start and end date of your period and it shows like the growth of your baby and things like that? Yahoo used to have one on their Health section but I can't seem to find it.

I have been wanting to get rid of the hair on my stomach and bikini for a while and am just starting to look in to laser. I have had 2 kids and after the first one the hair on my stomach fell out, but then grew back in. I'm not sure what to expect this time around - but I am not finished having kids so I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to laser the hair if it doesn't fall out? Or will it grow back in with subsequent pregnancies? Anyone experienced this or know??

I was serving. WE were having a homemade lentil veggie soup with fresh baked ciabatta bread, fresh fruit cut up into bite sized pieces (kiwi, bananas, strawberries and oranges) and juice or milk. She knew beforehand what we were having. She freaked out and said I was insane for feeding my kids like that, I told her she was welcome to look and find something she thought her kids would like better and she got super mad saying that it was my responsibility to make them something "edible," since I had invited them over to lunch. I told her no, as I was helping my kids get their meal ready that she could go ahead and make them sandwiches or something. She ended up cooking them mac and cheese with hotdogs in it.

I felt since she knew what I was having beforehand and accepted the invitation that I shouldn't have to put everything and everyone else on hold to cook her kids something else. Was I in the wrong?

I have an idea for a product that would allow you to individually package your own homemade babyfood into containers. I would like to know if this is a product you would be interested in buying. Here are some of the features:
*Individual containers with lids
*No need to keep containers level during freezing
*Baby food can be made in large batches--i.e. up to 50 or more servings at a time
*Containers are also used for serving
*Containers are disposable
*Choice of sizes--1oz, 2oz, and 4oz size
*Price would be about $5-$10 per 100 depending on size plus shipping

Let me know what you think.
Thanks, Heather.

My boyfriends ex is saying he's the father of her boy. He doesn't think he is but to may sure he paid for a paternity test that she failed to show up to twice. At first she told him she had no problem giving him the test but now refuses to do it since she had the baby. He's going to sue her for a test but we just want to know what all he can sue her for such as:
1. payback for the test he already paid for
2. paying for the new test
3. our attorney's fees
4. court cost

Can he sue for and get all that? Is there anything he can sue for we haven't thought of? She told numerous ppl it was his and there was no way he wasn't the father and then proceeded to tell ppl what a deadbeat he was and how he didn't help her. Truth is that he did try to help her and she wouldn't let him (I was friends with him at the time so that's how I know). So is that too much to sue for and can he actually be awarded it all?

I am asking here because most likely your pregnant or a mother. And have knowledge that will help a mother who is going to have to multi task.

I just got a call about a teen mother in need of a free Doula. The only other option for her is a mother that helps out teen mothers in her spare time.

I am now studying for postnatal and I have some health issues but they seem to be getting better. I have one more test to have at the Nuclear heart Center tomorrow.
If the results are ok this will free me up. So I do plan for sure waiting to hear the results before I answer them.

This is my issue. I have to study, be a mother and have many yard and home updates to do. Being a teen she will need more help, *double* and I will be on call with her. I am one to put my all into things.
Do I put my education back and more income aside for her? Do you believe things happen for a reason?
Just writing this is helping me. But i would like some advise on how to decide. Should I call her first?

I feel like I'm going to start my period but, I would be a week early if I did. I'm pretty well on schedule. I have some cramping, bloating, no breast soreness, no nausea. I have had massive food cravings. I have been extremely sleepy for the past two days. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I am 21 weeks pregnant, and tomorrow I have an ultrasound. I am so excited. But my boyfriend thinks I am having a boy because of genetics. He has a son, and on his side of the family he has one brother, and his father has 4 brothers and 1 sister.
My side of the family I have one brother, and his first and only child is a girl. My Mom has one sister and one brother. Her sister has a girl. My Dads side of the family he has one brother and 2 sisters, while the brother has a boy and a girl, one of the sisters has a girl, and the other sister has 2 girls and a boy.
Sorry if this is confusing. I just want to know my chances. I will be happy either way, but Im hoping for a girl.
Do you think the sex of your baby has to do with genetics, or not?

I used a condom, we were safe about it, but I was off of birth control, and we had sex about 2 weeks before my period. Now my period is about two days late, I was freaking out, so I took a pregnancy test. The results were negative, however, I'm still scared about it. I'm not sure if I'm just stressing myself out about it, because I checked to make sure with him that the condom didn't break, and all that... but I've heard that you can stress your body into believing it's pregnant. I don't have any of the symptoms, except pressure in my abdomen. I figure that's normal when it comes to having your period anyway. I've talked to my fiance about it, and he'll be happy either way. I'm more worried about my parents. If anyone has any advice they can give me, that'd be awesome. Also, previously I had scheduled a ob/gyn appointment for early April, it's the earliest I could find. Thanks again!

My husband of seven years has been caught cheating on me with several different women. He just moved out of our house two days ago. I have three children ages six, three, and 6 months who I will be raising on my own from now on. My oldest child asks me why daddy doesn't live here anymore, and I can't find the right words--I said that he doesn't want mommy anymore, but of course he doesn't understand why. Can anyone help me please? Thank you.

I have a friend who due to some problems with her woman parts is unable to get pregnant. She's taking pills to see if they help at all, but I have had this thought on my mind so much lately of trying to give them the gift of a baby by letting them sort of use me as their incubator I guess. Has anyone ever considered this before?

This morrning on the way to taking my daughter to school I was passing a car on a very busy roadway, that was plastered with pro-life and anti-abortion stickers and riding in the front of the car in the passangers seat was a child no more than 5 years old that could not even see over the dash and had the seat belt tucked UNDER his arm. As a parent this enraged me so bad that this person could be so pro-life but be such an moron by puting his sons life in such jeapordy. A child should never be in the front until at least age 12 and judging this kids size should be in the back in a booster, any sencible parent should know this. Anyway when we got to a light I pulled next to this car and proceded to tell the father that if he was so pro-life he should start by taking care of the one he already created, and then asked him if he would rather have a fetus killed when it can't feel and understand or live to his sons age and die from a parents stupidity like his.
Do you think I was right?
