You can use a drug-free formula for pregnancy. My wife became allergic to ragweed, all legumes, squashes and most nuts after our first was born. For relief and airborne relief, you can try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray).
Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.
The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.
You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.
You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for “what” and “how” – there’s also some good info on wiki)

I have allergies to everything and I was told with both of my pregnancies that Claritin 10mg tablets were okay to take. They don't want you taking any kind of antihistamines and Clritin was te only thing that I was told was safe. Always double check with your doctor though.

You should talk to your doctor. I believe that the older generation of antihistamines (the ones that make you drowsy) are considered safe. So that might be an option, but get some advice.

Check with your doctor. Mine gave me a list of medications that I could take for my allergies which get really bad in spring with things starting to bloom!

Boots do a homepathic brand i took them whilst breastfeeding, am not sure abotu pregnancy though. Talk to a dr or pharmacist

Go to the doctor. When I was pregnant they put me on Clairtin(sp) and nose spray. You can have things to help, no need to suffer so you can enjoy your pregnancy.

yes got to say go to your docs or nurse at surgery an they will give you a list of safe medication that you are able to buy over the counter that are safe to take while you are pregnant.

A nasal rince really helps. No meds just sterile type its called neail med sinus rinse!

Call your doctor because there are allergy medicines that you are 100% allowed to take!!!!!!! Don't suffer its so not worth it!!

you can take benedryl but not everyday. clariton certain types are safe to take when pregnant. ask your doctor.
