Is the sippy convinient and easier to introduce than a bottle?

It certainly worked better for my daughter. But be warned, she may take a bottle from anyone but you. My baby absolutely would not take a bottle from me. She wanted to go directly to the source.

Depends on how finicky your baby is. Some babies will hate the bottle others will take to it no problem. Offer the bottle first instead of the boob when he/she is hungry. Fill it with breastmilk then formula or a mix of the two.. whatever works. Don't expect him/her to drink the whole thing at first. It takes them time to figure out that it works differently than the boob. Oh and like the other lady said.. try having someone else give the baby the bottle instead of you. The know who mommy is and where the milk is!

When i was feeding my babies i would use a breast pump and put my milk in a bottle maybe once every two days and as the time grew near that i wanted to stop feeding i increased the amount of bottle feeds till baby was used to it, You can choose to breastfeed for as long as you want or put them on the bottle whenever you want
