We have 3 children, our youngest is four months old. My husband now wants to have a vasectomy but I want another baby. Does he have the right to go ahead with it, don't I get a say?

im using pills for 4 months and during the last month, i did not experience my regular period during the 7 day break period of my pills, i stopped using my pills because i assumed i might be pregnant. then after 1 week i had spotting which i thought is menstuation but the bleeding is getting intense and im on my 6th day which normally the bleeding should be less

My EX girlfriend is pregnant five months and hasn't had a period in a year. She has/had condition to excessively bleed and therefore was prompted by doctors to take birth control. Would this cause the effect of no period in nearly a year, let alone the ENTIRE pregnancy? Or is it normal without the birth control to miss periods and whatnot while pregnant? I obviously don't know much if anything about this sort of thing and I wish I did. So please guide me to the knowledge superhighway because this may be the most confused I've ever been in my life.

Hi.I have a lady friend who's about 37 weeks pregnant now. I had company her to the pre-natal course at Thomson as her hubby went to oversea.Anyway, she's now 37 weeks and is having stomach pain. However, she's wondering if it's contraction. So I like to check with those who had 'experience' in which, how's contraction like?

The last time i had unprotected sex was August 22, 2006 (8 weeks ago)....well, in Septemeber i didnt see my period...now in October i saw blood but on Sunday i was bleeding but it stopped the same day but then on Saturday and Monday it did the same thing and now today its doing that same thing....im not throwing up...but i am having headaches, my stomach hurts, and im starting to gain weight...I've had three people ask me if i'm pregnant....Is there a chance i could be pregnant or not????

If my gf was pregnant and the acuntaine was MAYBE still in her system like maybe the last week or 2 it COULD be in her system what are the effects of a deformed baby? and do you think its right if me the father wants to keep it wiether it is deformed or menatlly retarded that i still wanna keep it. Yet the mother of the child is letting her parents influence her decion to abort it but she dosent know what to do yet what should i do? I wanna keep it but i feel maybe she dosent but i cant convice her to keep it and sighn the baby over to me and i would take care of it myself and still let her see it whenever and have all rights as a mom that she should have but i will be responible for how it is raised and taken care of. i just need advice on what to tell her i wanna support her either way and really want to but she still lives with her mom and i cant stand to see them without getting mad anymore. Yet she wont tell me what she wants to do and the abortion visit for consoltaion is tuesday

Mommy is a gender-specific and role specific term and the femme, of course, would be referred to as 'mommy'. But the butch, especially extremely dominant butches, do not portray the characterisitcs of a 'mommy'. And 'daddy' opens up a whirlpool of gender-identity confusion.

She just told me this a week or so ago. About 4 months ago she was put on birth control for irregular periods, she was taking them for about 2 months I think then her mom made her give them all to her. she thought that if she wasn't on the pill she wouldn't have sex. I knew right away that was a mistake. Anyway she came over the other night and tells me that since before school got out last year, about 4 months ago, shes had sex with 3 boys, one she said was just the weekend before she was telling me this so I know she was not on the pill. I talked to her and tried to explain to her what she was doing but like all teens I don't think she even cared about what I was saying.
Her mom is very strict and I know if she knew she would be really hard on my step her and I'm scared that would make her worse, shesnuck out before just to prove to her mom that she will do what she wants. I think if her father, my husband knew he would tell her mom. I DO NOT want to keep this from my husband

I went into a daycare center today and we met with the director to sign her up. It was a beautiful facility, brand new in every way, but something struck my as odd - the lack of privacy when the kids go to the bathroom. Basically, the opening to the bathroom has a small swinging door that opens and closes, but it only covers the lower part of the doorway. Nothing else is closed off, so you can basically see right into the bathroom. I could see the toilet right from where I was standing, and the door was closed. This concerns me because there is very little privacy for any of the kids, and this is in a facility of students ranging from pre-k to 6th graders. Why do they have bathrooms like this in a brand new facility? Has anyone else taken their kids to a daycare center with a bathroom like this?

my boyfriend is 18 and a recovering drug addict, He quit when we found i was pregnant but relapsed a month and a half ago and went to rehab. When he relapsed he got angry, never physical but verbally abusive and neglectfully. He is acting like everything is about him, when I'm the one due in 6 weeks. He has hardly done anything for me since we found out, no money no nothing, but he wants to be there. I just want someone elses opinion on what to do. Should I do this on my own, or let him try and be a father. & yes I know.. I'm 16 and shouldnt be pregnant.

I was just wondering if anyone could suggest what I should pack for the hospital stay. I live in NY and I'm not sure what the hospital will provide. I mean roughily what would be the best stuff to pack for a December baby and how much or how many of each thing. I really don't want to over pack, I tend to be a neat freak and hate having to much of something. I know I'll probably soon get over that, but with staying at the hospital for 2-3 days I want to feel comfortable and have just enough of what I need.

I really don't care for the pill, or any hormonal birth control for that matter. I'm looking into the diaphragm, or a sponge, maybe? Anyone else ever used these? I'm married, so without sounding blunt, spontananity is not much of an issue that couldn't be worked around.

I am 38 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first baby. At my last appointment I was 1cm dilated, 100% effaced and soft. I have been like this for 2 weeks now. I was told once you hit 100% effaced it wouldnt take long to dilate. Has anyone been like this? and for how long? My baby has already dropped and head down, the doc. can push on his head when he does an exam. Last time they thought I would go into labor in a couple of days and now it seems my contractions and everything have just completely calmed down and nothing is happening. Its funny because I went into preterm labor 2 times and they had to stop it and now that Im not taking anything nothing is happening. Anyway, what do you all think (I know your not doc. just want some experiences). Has anyone had this happen? Thanks for all your help!

I'll get right to the point: I had a baby five months ago. I am a breast feeding mom. My husband and I had sex right before he left for basic training two weeks ago. About four or five days ago, I had some light bleeding and cramps so I thought I was have a period but it stopped after two days. I'm not asking if I could be pregnant. That's a duh. But I was just wondering: if you are a breastfeeding mom, when did you have your first period after you had the baby and what was it like?

I know it may sound stupid, but my doctor said not to eat seafood at all while pregnant, just fish, because it is usually not cooked well, and it contain bacteria that can harm the baby, but I LOVE seafood, and everybody else said it's ok.
I would appreciate any answers.

yeah my boyfriend and i want to have sex but he asked me what i wanted to do and i was kinda iffy i didn't know anything i only know a little about of sex I know i can get pregnet and all that but he was asking about position and if i wanted him to go down on me...I want him to but i don't know how to tell him w/out felling....awkward?? he says i shouldn't be ashamed and that he won't force anything on me and that makes me feel comfortable. and i want to give him a BJ but i have no experience of it at all. what should i do?
