Nicholas is more male...He can be nicky as a boy and nick as a man, or niko. He has more choices. Just use the two names. Nicholas Aidan is great.

I would just do two names- Nicholas Aidan.

I love the name Aidan, but a cousin of mine had a little boy a few years before I did, and she named her's Aiden, so that name was out for me!

Congratulations!

I like the name Nicholas. I wanted to name my 3 month old that, but I got vetoed by my husband. I think 3 names is too much for a child, but that is just me, I'm very traditional. My best friend had her baby 13 days before me and she named her baby boy Aidan, so I think your son will be surrounded by boys with the same name as he grows up. I would also think about the initials for your son, they could spell something not nice if aidan is the middle name. I thought I was going to have a girl and I liked the name Gianna and wanted to give her my middle name which is Anne, but I couldn't because our last name is Graves and her initials would have been gag and that is not good, especially for a girl.

Nicholas Aidan Charles.
I have four middle names and love it! It was so much fun growing up being able to go by different names. :)
