With a miscarriage, I think that you would be passing blood clots, and there would be a lot of pain as well.
I hope that everything is okay for you.

You need to return to your doctor as soon as possible. You more than likely were not pregnant, and did not get a period because the hormones in the pill were not properly adjusted for your body. Quite often after going off the pill, the next period will be heavy as the body readjusts. At this point it doesn't matter if you were pregnant, as after 6 days you certainly aren't now. But I assume you are on the pill because you do not want to get pregnant, and you need to see the doctor to get things straightened out. Meantime, do not have unprotected sex at any point. If you are cramping or passing clotted material, go to the ER. And in the future, do not stop taking your pills before you discuss it with your doctor- even if you suspect you are pregnant. The pill has a very low failure rate, when taken correctly, and if you miss a cycle it is more likely a hormone balance problem than pregnancy. The doctor can change you to another type very easily, and you don't have to run the risk of getting pregnant until you choose to.

I really think you should consult your Dr. I never heard of 1st trimester bleeding. If you are on your 7th week there is something going on if you have always had a normal period if you have been on the pill or not. If you think you are pregnant you need to see your GYN and if you think it might be a miscarriage you should do the same.
You can't just flush it and ignore it.
If you messed up with the pill by missing a day or more this is possible. But do yourself a favor and see a Dr. THEY KNOW BEST

GOOD LUCK

If you had been regular with your pill and not missed even a single day it is unlikely you are pregnant. Anyway do a pregnancy test and if positive do see your doc, probably he would suggest a ultrasound
