How old is your mum? Any unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy! And STD's! If you are not married and wanting to have a child wear a condom! Get real! Old wives tails usually do not work! All staying awake will do is make both of you bitchy the next day!

You're joking right! That is about as effective as the asprin and coke or jumping up and down thing. The only thing that stops someone form getting pregnant is not having sex! Anything other than that you are taking your chances. If you believe what your mother says you should not even be having sex! Sounds to me like she wants a grand baby!!!!

Well, that's a new one!
No, about the only thing you can do *after* unprotected sex is have the lady take the morning after pill within 72 hours. Otherwise, done is done.

Absolutely not! The only way to not get pregnant is no abstain or use protection of some sort! Please be careful and check out the planned parenthood website for birth control information and information on diseases if you are planning on having unprotected sex!

Well your mum told you a boldfaced lie. U can still get pregnant even if you stay awake all week. Sperm don't care if you're awake or not.

No keeping her awake will make her tired and grumpy. This way she will probably be upset with you and still have a chance of getting pregnant.

Your mum is giving you advice about your sex life? Its NONE of her business, and she is wrong, anyhow. She must want a grandchild really bad, and you must be pretty gullible. If you don't want a baby to result, use a condom. BEFORE sex.

Well, mums are human, they can make mistakes in their advice. If it was good sex, wow, it might be worth it. If she might be pregnant, you might as well go back and get lots more and enjoy. Smile
