I mean, do smaller breasted women find they have less milk supply or do they find it harder to breastfeed a baby?
Does it take longer for such a mother to start nursing her child?
Something I have always worried about a little... my older sis had her kids bottle fed and she is small chested....
No funny answers just some info needed thanks!

My 14 mth, Ella, was writhing in pain from 8-1am last night due to (we suspect) trapped wind. We didn't know how to help her. She has also suffered from constipation for 2 weeks which is causing her distress. She eats a varied diet and isn't a fussy eater. She cannot have dairy however, and is on Wysoy formula (must check with Doc if i can use alternative milk now- tried goats but she's not fussed with it). Could the Wysoy be stuffing her up? She didn't have probs with it before. any advice gratefully receive. thank you. ema

I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to breastfeed this baby but thought I would give it a shot. I think it is getting too hard on me. There is alot of pressure on us moms saying 'every woman can and should soley breastfeed' but for me it was getting to be too much.

By three weeks old my baby was wanting to nurse every hour and never seemed content anymore. It was getting to the point that I was so irritable I was exploding on my teenage son. Two night ago I had chest pain and had to call the ambulence...they figured it was an anxiety attack. Great. Im depressed that my fiance and I are no longer together...now Im getting anxiety...:(

Anyway my friend came over and bought some formula...I have been giving my baby some bottles about 4 oz (one bottle) per day AND MY BABY SEEMS MORE CONTENT AFTER FORMULA. A different baby! No more endless fussing. And Im so relaxed and happy.

Is it possible to combine (on a long term basis) breastfeeding & bottle feeding

I want to get a sling to use with my 1 & 1/2 month old daughter. In the past with my other 2 kids I used the big bulkie kinds and hated them, I could never wear them... too bulkie & too heavy for me to wear! I was looking at the Maya slings. Anyone have any advice for picking a sling or perhaps suggestion as to which is best? I want something easy to put on and off as well as get her in and out of, something I can wear with her while I do light cleaning around the house or do things with my older children, maybe something both myself and my husband can wear and something comfortable. Any suggestions or advice?

My 4 month old is rolling over, ALL THE TIME! She rolls herself in her crib the most. My boyfriend is worried about her spending time on her stomach, such as suffocating if she is crying because she rolled over and can't do anything else. Should we be running to her crib every few seconds when she starts to cry after rolling over or should we give her some time to work on her muscles to prop herself up? I really don't know!!

So my daughter has some bacteria in her eye and the doctor prescribed some eyedrops. So how do I put them in her eyes? Can I just drop it in the corner when her eye is open or do I have to hold her eye open? I'm also to start giving her saline nose drops, poor baby. Thanks!

Did you cry a lot or scream often?

Or were you like me usually quiet but cried and screamed periodically.

The 4 month old little girl I recently started babysitting seems odd to me. She is inconsolable sometimes. I know I'm doing everything possible (checking diaper, feeding, holding, checking temp, monitoring bowel movements for abnormalities, keeping to a schedule,on and on...) as I have been babysitting for over 10 years. Not only that, but sometimes she seems comotose. Her eyes glaze over, she won't respond to my voice or other noises, she doesn't blink, breathes shallowly, if I move her when she is having one of these spells, her head just lols from side to side, and normally she can easily hold her head up. She is completely limp and it cares me. Also, she (and I know this will sound terrible) does not look quite right. Her head is extremely narrow, unnaturally so, her eyes protrude far from her sockets, and her tongue is always hanging out down her chin. Neither of her parents look even slightly like this, but they do seem like drug addicts. Does this sound like a drug baby to you?
