my baby boy is breast feed and he is 4 months old. he will not go to sleep going on the breast. this is very hard at night as when he wakes i need to feed him.and he wakes three or four times a night

A tongue tie is the little skin under the tongue that prevents a child from speaking. I have had conflicting information from people visiting that my baby may have a tonge tie. However i do not see that especially that he cries loudly. i need some signs before i see a doctor

i used to pump every 3hours and i slowly worked it up to every 4 hours, can i go up to pumping every 5 hours without jeopardizing the amount of oz i get?? i get over 9oz from both breast every 4 hours. my baby is 8 weeks .

My baby is in a home daycare being a single mom that is allI can afford, he is on his 5th day and when I got him home, I realized that he was still in the same diaper from when I droppeed him off. i have been giving my newborn karo syrup in his formula getting the advice from his pediatrician now i find out corn syrup of any kind is not safe for babies under 12 months it causes a disease called infant boutism. whew! man I am nervous ihope this will not harm my baby!! has any one heard of any reported cases on this disease and infants? my baby seems restless especially at night he als gets irritable! i am worried out of my mind i mean this is info i got from the pediatrician and i followed it now i feel as if i have to watch my baby's every move i discontinued use after what i found out. is there anybody out there who have heard about this let me know if you have ever researched old remedies could we be harming our children? what is healthy and who's diets should they follow? everyone has their own theories but what is right and what is wrong?

Please explain this to me. Phrases like "sabotage of the nursing relationship" and "detrimental to the milk supply" are puzzling. Women back in the old days either breastfed little Johnny, or Johhny was fed from a goat or another chick. There was no flippin crusade. Last time I was in history class, I can recall nothing of Constantine addressing the nursing mothers of the world. Whay is it a crusade? And why do you have to put formula users down in the process of your choice? I mean, Hugh Hefner has a badass mansion, it's dope. But he is not on the internet, magazines and TV blasting out those of us who live in ranch houses, flats, and apartments. Yall need to get over yourselves and get a life . For real. I fear one day you truly will get pimpslapped backwards spouting off to the wrong hormonal one.

I had an emergency C section on Friday (5 days ago). They let me leave the hospital after 2 days. No staples, no outside stitches. Just glue.
If you aren't in any pain, is it okay to have sex before 6 wks? (not right now, of course, but before the 6 wks?)

I feel like I have to be super mom. Like I can't take help from any one because I feel like they are trying to take over. Such as grandparents. I don't want my hubby to get up with baby at night because I am worried he won't do it right or hell fall asleep. So I am up 4 time a night and then have to get up to get my five year old off to school. I have to walk her to school. Then I feel ok to do what i need to do while shes at school...such as sleep. But then I ask my mom to pick her up because i don't want to take baby out in cold. And then my mom will help me with her for a while. But I still feell ike I am not doing a good job. Like I am not spending enough time with my five year old. I know that i am but i still feel like im not. Then I feel bad for it. I find myself rushing her into her bedtime routine because I am tired or not feeling well and just want a break. I am just feeling overwhelmed. Like I am being pulled ten differnt ways. Any one have some advice.

not when used for all the smart-alecs out there, i mean that layer of cushy turns to gel stuff in the middle. its huggies baby-fit. my son is teething and grabbed an unused one to gnaw on.
