Do you have a pram ? I know what its like when they are that age but if you can, put bubba in the pram and go for a nice long walk.
Try and do it everyday and you will notice a difference. It will make you feel better too :)
Don't be too hard on yourself tho - you're a mother now. The toughest job ever :)

Take him out for daily walks in his stroller. Or try these two exercises:
Baby lifts:
Lie on your back, knees bent.
Hold baby to your chest.
Slowly lift baby, supporting his midsection. Extend your arms and keep your elbows slightly bent.
Hold baby up and count to five. Lower baby until he rests on your chest.
Repeat.
Results: Strengthens elbows, shoulders and chest.
Leg Lifts:
Lie flat on your back with your feet on the floor and your knees bent. Rest your baby - belly down and facing you - on your shins, and hold her arms securely.
Tighten your abdominal and buttock muscles so the small of your back is flat on the floor.
Raise your legs so they are parallel to the floor, supporting your baby's body.
Hold and count to three.
Lower your legs slowly.
Repeat.
Results: Strengthens and firms front thigh muscles.
You could also get a workout video you could use while he naps.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Breast feeding, along with a healthy diet is the best way to lose that pregnancy weight.
Failing that, a bit of sprightly housework or a walk with the pram, or baby papouce will help

If you are breastfeeding that should be heloing you right along. Continue to eat right like you did when you were pregnant and walk. Put the baby in the stroller and walk - talk and sing to the baby while you are walking.
