NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! and talk with your doctor, Never take anything without talking to your doctor. When I had trouble with going to the bathroom my doctor told me to take a stool softener, co-lace. But still talk to your doctor because it depends on you body and your baby. Another great person to ask is your local pharmacist, they know there drugs.

i think so. just go natural. try eating papaya or some fruits and veggies with alot of fibre. avoid milk for a couple of days and try skipping your iron supplemnt for 2 -3 days. drink lots of fruit juices and fluids. remember that what you take the baby can take some little amounts too. try suppositories like glycerin suppositories . that would not harm the baby. good luck.
