is hair straightening safe for lactating mothers?

I believe it is safe. Unlike colouring your hair where you would use harmful toxins such as ammonia and peroxide...unless you are talking about chemical straightenning, then I would say no it is not safe. But if you are using a ceramic/metal hair straightener much like a curling iron, it's fine.
