OK so yesterday at school my friend who is a boy asked me if i could go to his house this weekend just to hang out and i talked to his mom and she was totally okay with it shes going to be there.Were just friends and we hang out at school all the time,so basically i want to know would you let your 14 yr old daughter go to his house and i havent given my parents any reason not to trust me but my mom kinda doesnt trust me she started having sex when she was 14 and got pregnant when she was 17.Please Help...How should i ask my mom i really want to go?

Why is it that all boys do is pay attention to the talkative, loud girls and don't take the time or the energy to get to know the shy ones? Im quite shy at school, but Im not that hard on the eyes, lots of people say Im pretty. I do get the sense as well that theyre almost afriad of me. I like my shy (mysterious) personality and I dont want that to change toooo much but at the same time I want to change the boys perspective of me so they feel more comfortable around me! my boyfriend and an older guy that i trust and doesnt know anyone i know so he cant tell them...
my boyfriend doesnt have any money and the other guy i never see i just talk to him over msn, and at the moment i dont have any money

I'm sitting here trying to figure out where the heck I went wrong. My son went from loving and respectful to rude and inconsiderate, not just to me and his father but to his younger brother and sister. I know the hormone thing has a lot to do with it but I'm not sure I'm cut out for this! LOL Any help would be appreciated. Is 13 too old for being grounded? My mom was checking the history of the computer that my brother and I share, and she found things on the history that were pretty perverted. As a teenager my honest opinion is that some teenagers do not know how easily they could get pregnant or get an STD. I am not going to blame the school because they do teach us about sex, condoms, birth control, etc. I mean what else can they do if teenagers are not listening to them? Who do you think is to blame school, society, media, what?

What do you think would decrease the rate of teenage preganancies? I think the condoms and birth control in school is a great idea. Its not really encouraging kids to have sex, I mean condoms have always been readily avaliable in my town and I didnt loose my virginity extremely young. What are your opinions on this?

my period comes every 2 weeks and lasts for 6 days.

she's changed a lot since her father passed away 2 years ago. her bathroom trips have lasted longer, she wears long sleeve shirts in the dead of summer, and i've noticed tiny scratches all over her lower arms. not to mention serious attitudes. i'm worried about the scratches. any ideas on how they could have gotten there, and what's going on?

Hey i have a 14 year old son. He is a freshman in high school. He has delayed puberty which runs in our family and his doctor says he will develop normally. The problem is his peers constantly tease him... he gets teased about his high voice and short height, and lack of body hair. it really makes him feel bad. After PE they change in the locker rooms and guys make really mean comments about his small penis. They single him out and it really bothers him.
How can i help him with this issue?
