My parents are 58 and 59, My mom is 58 year old...she seems young, she energetic, loving caring, fun. My dad is 59 going on like 80...you choose if your old or not.
By the way my parents are only 14 months apart and there were times people have made the comment of my dad "robbing the cradle". If you don't allow yourself to be stuck in decades ago and to some extent keep yourself current, then you are not old by any means...if to stay stuck in the past you tend to be old!

Age is just a number. I'm going to be 40 in a little over 2 years (I turn 38 in Feb) and I don't feel my age, or look it for that matter. I work with a bunch of young people and I can out-work them hands-down. You are as old as you feel. If you are healthy age doesn't matter.

Age is a state of mind. My dad is 55, my mum is 54. She seems really old whereas he seems really young. He has a much more positve outlook on life & it shows.

Look, my dad is 50 and he is the most energetic person in the world. He looks like hes 40. If you have a food personality, you can be 18, if you want.

age is relative. i would say not, but the i am only 10 yrs behind you and still feel like a kid. i play with my kids , roller skate occasionally, ride bikes..etc. you are as old as you allow yourself to be.
