You've seen it before teenagers wearing there pants so far down that their boxers are completly showing. Now they can get fined 100.00.
i personally don't like the style, but not sure it is fair to fine them.
what do you think?

if i walked around with my shirt open far enough to see my bra/breasts i could get a ticket for indecent exposure. same thing for a kid with his pants down to his knees. i dont want to see your underware and i dont want you to see mine. i think it is a GREAT idea.

I don't think that there should be a fine. People should let people dress the way they want to. If they put a fine on baggy pants, then they need to put a fine on the people who wear their shorts so short that they butt cheeks be hanging out and skirts so short that when they bend over you can see their underwear. Now thats nasty.

I don't like them either, but who is going to pay it? The parents! Stupid. If they are working they should be dressed appropriately, however. My husband and I went to Jack In The Box once for lunch and one of the guys behind the counter was wearing his pants really baggy with the waist around his hips. My husband told him that was disrespectful for his job and he would be speaking to his manager.

LOL if they only knew that trend started in prison, it is the way of letting the other prisoners know you are available for a "date".

I don't know if a fine is the answer, you can't fix stupid and you can't make lazy work. It should start at home.

I laugh everytime I see their pants baggy. LMAO

I see how it's against the law. It disrupts the "education" of young children, so I guess it can be fined. I don't like the style at all. Isn't it uncomfortable? Well, I don't live there, but I know in LA, we don't get fined.

Yus! I live in STL, and its obnoxious to see that. I'm sure it's more frequet in the city (I live in Webster, its possibly the most opposite to baggy pants as you can get, lol, google it), but when I go to the Galleria it bothers me,l like, NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THAT! Good thing!

Good. I wish they would do it everywhere! No one wants to see their nasty drawers! It's like they wear a belt but there pants still fall down. Whats the use of wearing a belt? no one wants to see their rear end! yuck! You know how stupid it looks when guys are walking and they always have to hold their pants up. Its so annoying! do they think its cool? The onlly thing cool about that is them getting a draft through their low pants....

The fine is fair, if it is only given to people who are showing their undergarments, that is considered indecent exposure. So long as you aren't showing your undergarments, it is just freedom of expression, and it would be unconstitutional to fine for that.

Way to go St. Louis. If it don't start in the home then the law takes over.
