Adolescent - January 2007

My little sister drives me nuts she gets everything and my parents try to tell me that it's not true even though I know it is. Okay so she has a horse and so do I, but I always have to feed hers when she stays in the house and watches tv. So last night I told mom that I wasn't feeding her horse anymore and you know what she said yep you guest it she said "oh well". So I just fed my horse and then I came back in the house but I felt really bad so I went out at eleven O'clock to feed him it was really cold and wet and now I'm sick because of her. Sometimes I just want to kill her. And just like ten minutes ago she was fine and she was watching tv with me and doing her homework mom and dad walk in the house and she goes crazy, she starts yelling at me and telling me not to hit her and I didn't even do anything. And you know what mom and dad did they grounded me for doing absolutely nothing.

My step daughter's name is Destinee,and she is 11 years old.I love her like she is my own!In the last couple or 3 months she has changed everything about herself.She has everything but stopped eating,is addicted to fixxing her hair and face(but never thinks she is pretty enough),she has gotten to where everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie.she is mean to her little sister.she disrespects her mother.she is a very bright and beautiful young lady.top of her class at school.but at home she is a tottally different girl.i need help and or suggestions.she says she don't know why she is like this,but i need some words of encouragement(any at all)that ya'll can give her.thanks for anything you can say to her that might help!

My mom bought 3 phones,

2 chocolates
from verizon,
and i am 17 so i
figure that they would give me the second
chocolate phone, since they lost my razor a year ago!
And my sister (whos 12) has a razor.\ already..
So when they came home I asked her Am i going to
get the 2nd chocolate. and she said that was their
back up fone!
I am so mad!!
Because i am home schooled and my mom dosent let
me communicate with my friends from last year,
So she said you have no one to call.
Im just really mad .. am i just over reacting?

I am a 16 old girl . my behavior and attitude are very good and my teachers always tell this to my mum .But for my surprise i found that mum doesn t trust me she searches my room alot she tries to listen to my telephone calls she tries to see the lists of calls and messages of my own mobile and she tries to know everything about me and my friends .This makes me very sad that I sometimes thing that I hate this detective person.IN addition to that i am not used to tell her everything i tried many times but i failed to make a good relation between me and her whenever i start a conversation with her she always says GO AND STUDY U HAVE NO TIME TO WASTE I am getting very depressed and i have many questions needed to be answered by anearby person and my friends are all busy having exams and i want to talk to someone.PLZ HELP

I'm living with three monsters and I'm trying to give up smoking, unsuccessfully. They would drive anyone to drink!! I cannot remember ever being so annoying as my kids. They are driving me demented. Help! What can I do to stop the fighting, swearing, bickering, shouting, screaming. i don't want to get punished like a kid anymore. how do you tell your parents that you should be grounded? all of my friends parents ground them when they get in trouble but my mom and dad don't. i would much rather get grounded. i told them that my friends get grounded a couple months ago but they don't change there mind.

Stepson...13 yrs old. We have had full custody of him since he was 11. He is the most angry person I have ever known. He can walk in a room and make you wish you were not even around...or better yet...he treats you like you are not. My husband and I don't know what to do. He is angry all the time. Gets mad if we ask him to repeat himself after he mumbles a response to us. He is disgusted....mad...angry all the time. To him it would be a perfect world if we never spoke to him. I know all teenagers go thru phases....but I think we have some real issues here.....any advice at all would be appreciated....

I have been dating my bf for 3 years, tomorrow. I am still waiting for him to ask me to marry him, like he said he is going to. The thing is, I want to have a baby. is disrespectful on occasion. When she acts up or snotty, or when I ask her to help around the house she ignores me, then when her dad gets in the picture he thinks I pick on her. I would love to teach her responsibility but, she already knows how to work her dad. Which can cause alot of problems between him & I. She often tells her dad I am mean. I guess because I expect more from her, she is 13 years old and quite capable of assisting. Oh, her dad made an excuse why she can't do dishes, she is allergic to dishsoap. Please give me some guidelines so I am not the evil step mother and she learns responsibility. Thank you.

My friends son is calling her names that i can not mention here (lewd filthy names) and she went to slap him. He blocked her and balled up his fist and hit her as hard as he could in the shoulder and ran. He is taller than her and lifts weights. She has a neck injury and has had surgery. She has been in severe pain since the incident. She is depressed and feels hopeless in intervening with him b/c his father has always taken up for him and spoiled him. What can she do? She does not feel safe in her own home.

My mom thinks i'll break my neck, but i really want to try it. i don't think i'll get hurt (especially if i where a helmet, wrist guards and knee pads) and it looks like fun. also , i've heard people say it's great exercise. i know there are the possibilities of breaking something, but you can break something riding a bike and playing softball too(2 of my other hobbies). how can i prove to her that it really isn't all that dangerous?
