My son is in Year 6 - about to go into Year 7 in September. I want to know if he can legally come home (as we live just round the corner from the school) and let himself in on the days I work. He would be alone for about 2 hours

My son just turned 19 and I have discovered he has a huge tattoo over is shoulder across his chest and down to his elbow. He says he is going to keep having them despite me trying to dissuade him and telling him that he will probably regret it when he is older. He has a friend who is a tattoo artist so will probably get them for free. He lives with his Dad who is never at home. How can I dissuade him from having any more?

my daughter is 16 and her bofriend is 21. my ex-wife and i have joint custody of her. I believe that he treats her good and they deserve to be together, but my ex might not agree. I was wondering...because we have joint custody and I am one of her legal guardians, does that give me the right to give my daughter the permission she needs to date the one she loves with out my ex-wife putting her boyfriend in prison??? Saw a report on CNN today about a bill in South Carolina that will make it ilegel for a 21 year old to have sex with a 16 year old, but the 16 year old can have sex with their 17 year old partner and it be ok, so here is the question. What is diffrent about a 21 year old as opposed to a 17 year old if the 16 year old wants sex? Why is it OK if her partner is 17 but wrong if he is over 21? This makes no sense to me because sex is sex!

today at school, the two kids behind me in class kept shooting rubberbands at my back (and it hurt like hell). then one of them hit me in the back of the head, and then my eyes started to water, then i got up from my seat, walked to them, and punched him in the back so hard, that it couldve broken his spine if a little harder. than i moved to a different seat and sat there with red watery eyes. im scared to go to school tommorow cuz i cant figure whether people will tease me about crying, or praise me about the punch.

i am really worried. at the beginning of the year i had a hard time making friends. then i met my best friend. up untill about thanksgiving we were getting along. then i went back to my hometown for a month over christmas break. when i came back she had a whole bunch of new friends. one girl scares me, she always says everything is hot. the other girl is nice but i just dont know her. sometimes i think my friend doesnt like me anymore. today in girls conditioning she told me i needed to lose some weight. then i told her that i wasnt fat and i was only in it to train for track. she just laughed and said right whatever. i was wearing some exercise pants that were like spandex and she told me that they really showed me off. she is like anorexic. i am 114 pounds. she used to be really nice but now she is just annoying.

Okay my best friend Glenda is 13. She had a baby about 10 months ago and her mom gave her up for adoption. A local foster parents adopted her,her sister, and her baby. She cares for the baby and loves it dearly. She brings it to the mall and everything, she reagrets having the baby but loves it dealry and i can only imagine how hard it is on her. Friday she came to me crying and I asked her what was wrong. She said her foster mom was going to try and adopt her baby because she didn't think Glenda was ging a good job raising it, even though Glenda raises her daughter just fine. She went down to guidence to talk to the counsler and call her older foster mom who lives about two hours away. I had to leave school early so I dont know what happened after that. Ive been sick all week but today my best friend told me she hasnt been in school all week. Im really nervous for her and I hope she and her baby are okay because I know how much that baby means to her. Can her foster mom take her baby?

there's this guy, and everytime i talk to him on AIM on MYspace..he never answers back. I go hey..how come you never answer and he either goes "away" or doesnt answer. He's not even TYPING. The other day-yesterday, actually, my cousin goes, are you made at me and dejana? and he goes, no. And at school he doesnt ignore me or anything like that. not that we ever talk person to person really. but its not like he looks away. and yea he's the guy in my last question-should we just be friends. I know that is a horrible question to ask. First off, I'm 14 years old. My mom argues with me until I give up. She has to always be right or she gets mad. She got my friends and I suspended from our school PURPOSELY. Everytime I apologize she forgets about it the next day. She shuts off my bedroom electricity for 9 HOURS if I do something she doesn't like. We have a bad basement, my sister and I are not allowed inside it but our washing machine is in there, so she does the laundry. She refuses to do my laundry but will do my sisters. She has turned my sister against me. She called me fat (I am 88 pounds) she called me a *****, worthless, and stupid. she accuses me of being a drug addict (which i am not) she blames everything I do on my anger. She told all my relatives from her side I was a horrible out of control child. She recently put me in juvenile hall just for a fight we had. (I got out a couple weeks ago) our fights get physical.
She has done so much to me. I am just confused.

That disturbed me, terribly. She was talking about her sex adventures and fantasies. She's 15 and my neighbor's daughter. Her father left her when she was 2, it's just her and her mom. Her mom is never around. She also said some guy paid her $700 to do it with him, she says now she took a prego test and it's positive. Her mother doesn't know. The girl is 15, doesn't have a car and got expelled from her private school and ditches her over crowded high school. I've known Rachael since she was 7 and moved in next door. I'm one of her closest friends- one of the few people that she opens up to. I want to tell her mother or my parents but I don't want her to hate me. I want her to know that she can tell me anything, in confidence. I want to tell somebody that she is endangering herself but don't want to lose her trust. I need help understanding the situation first, then help with deciding what I should even do!

I am 17 years old, the first time I had sex which was 3 and a half months ago I got pregnant, the father wont believe me that I am pregnant and I have already been to the doctor. The only way he said he would take care of the baby is if i have a patternity test done, they are like 500 dollers is there any other options?

I saw the teenagers over there up to no good. At first, I thought that they were just playing around with the dog, then I heard the dog yelping ... I got out my binoculars and saw that they were shoveling spoonfuls of horseradish into the dog's mouth.

I'm not sure if I should say something to my neighbors or not. We are decent friends, good neighbors to each other.

Mymom died almost a year ago before my 16th Birthday and I am still really deprese about it and only cried about it the first night of the accident with out any one knowing about it and lately I just been eatting like a pig which cause me to go from 104lbs to 118lbs. And I just feel like a spoil brat now who dosen't get enough attention.Plase Don't suggest counsoling I can't stand counsours I had to lie to two or three of my school .counsours and said I already been to counsouring . AND I ALSO BEING TELLING PEOPLE THE REASON OF HER DEATH WAS MY FAULT.
